Hilton Pasadena

This was my second stay at the Hilton Pasadena. It's a beautiful property in a great location. The staff are AMAZING. We were in town for an event being held near the Rose Bowl and it took us less than 15 minutes to drive there from the hotel!

Our room wasn't 100% clean. There appeared to be mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. There was hair in the tub and lots of small hairs on the shower ledge, as if someone had shaved and left whiskers there. It was gross. We cleaned the tub before we used it. One other thing to consider is the old popcorn ceiling, it's so unattractive in an otherwise lovely room.

Location was great friendly staff and loved the complimentary charging station for electric car

Staff with valet was hard to communicate with and were kind of rude at times. Was waiting for my family to come down they yelled at me to move i was blocking the way7 but the area was free of cars or anyone else. They didn't understand me when i would ask to charge the car I had to go down there and physically do it a few times. The bathroom toilet kept backing up after using it ever time even when just peeing the maintenance guy kept saying I don't know how to flush and to hold the button down till it flushed well flooded the floor and they had to come back up they would just plunge then leave and not actually fix it.

The location is walking distance to the convention center and many other locations in Old Town. It is also very centrally located and perfect for a shared ride service like Lyft or Uber, to get you to locations a bit further. We actually only had to take our vehicle out of valet once, during our trip. The staff at the Hilton Pasadena on point! Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the servers in the restaurant and the team members of housekeeping, were very kind, respectful and helpful when I had any questions.

The only complaint I had about the property was the location of the ice machines. I actually never found the one on our floor, as it appeared to be on the other side of a door that read “Emergency Exit” and I was afraid to set off any possible alarms or get locked out of our floor.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was really nice (and warm). The location is great being just a block away from Colorado Blvd and just a few blocks from Old Town. The

The front desk was understaffed and the people behind it on the phone most of the time. Which was frustrating.

We liked that most of the staff was very friendly. We liked the size of our room and the layout of the room. We liked that we were able to extend our checkout by two hours.

We didn't like that it was Valet only. There was a parking garage next door but some people were not able to access it. We didnt like one staff member. He seemed like he was annoyed with everything. We didnt like that you need to key to use the elevator. It made going up and down a hassle. I also got charged for two cars at valet.

Location is a little far away from downtown and airport, but it is very safe and comfortable. Restaurants, banks, super markets, museums, etc are nearby. Big parking lot. Self-parking is very convenient.

Free drinking water were applied at the front desk. Better to put two bottles at the room per night.

Good variety of choices for breakfast. Location in Pasadena was excellent. Very much appreciated the complimentary water bottles throughout the stay. Most of the staff super friendly

Some of the staff at the front desk could have been friendlier. The temperature at the restaurant/bar was way too cold (though I suppose that’s a problem with a lot of places in the US)

Parking is done by valet with an extra charge per day. They are fast to respond and especially they charged my Tesla every night so that I have full range the next day, without the cost and time spent at the supercharger. Thank you very much!

You should highlight EV charging on your web site as a service. I'd certainly give preference when I choose this hotel if it is better communicated.

The property was close to the convention center. it was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing but good words for the staff.

The parking for the hotel was valet only. and I think that the hotel should make that clear from the outset. That turned out to be not a problem. I didn’t realize that the adjacent parking structure was not affiliated with the hotel. Access to the hotel was not great from the parking structure . when I checked with the front desk they explained the parking situation and gave me a reduced daily parking rate for my trouble. using the valet option was as cheap as the parking structure. the staff were great at providing access when I needed something out of the car. overall I felt much better with my car in a more secure location. I would choose this hotel again for the next convention.

clean modern & restaurant with great menu.

NO COFFEE STATION FOR GRAB & GO COFFEE!!!!! HEARD MANY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING ABOUT IT. FRONT DESK SAID COFFEE SHOP DOESN’T OPEN UNTIL 7 ON WEEKENDS. HOLIDAY INN & HOTEL 6 HAS A QUICK COFFEE STATION. PEOPLE NEED TO GRAB & GO TO AIRPORT. THIS LOCATION IS RIGHT BY CONVENTION CENTER IN PASADENA,LA.!!!! A SMALL COFFEE STATION IS NOT MUCH TO ASK FOR TO MAKE THIS A SUPER STAY.
