Best Western Plus Dixon Davis

We enjoyed the view of the pool and access to the pool. Also the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Staff went out of their way to assist me after leaving my computer power cord in the room with phone call and text communication until I was able to come back and pick it up.

The beds were too firm to be comfortable for me... It was a bit difficult to unload and haul all our things upstairs and quite a ways to our room. There were a lot of construction type trucks and people milling around late in the parking lot which made it a bit uncomfortable to walk alone to the vehicle while unloading in the dark. The worst part was the toilet lid not having any kind of spring or soft close and it would drop and be so horrendously loud even in the middle of the night ( room 208). And while trying to eat in the pool area we realized that the sun umbrellas are broken and none will stay open... It was hot and sunny so this was disappointing.

The room was ideally located as we traveled with our dogs, The facility was clean, well kept. Good for walking dogs, and easy to grab breakfast etc without leaving them alone for long.

The coffee in room was too bitter. need to leave more towels, when people are staying multiple days. Both were easily solved.

It was very clean and the breakfast was very nice! Scrambled eggs one morning, cheese omelets another, fried potatoes, breakfast sausage, oatmeal, pastries, bagels, toast, cold cereal, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee, apples, bananas, tangerines, make your own waffles… Loved that there is a hot tub!

Good value, the breakfast spread was decent and bacon was delicious.

I had to go through the pool area to get to my room, but they locked the pool area from 10 PM to 10 AM forcing me to go around the building to get to the lobby for breakfast. One could easily go through the lobby and get to the pool area anyway. This is silly and a bit frustrating.

Clean facilities and nice staff as always also right off the freeway and for me a short drive to Old Town Sacramento.

The bed I had this time wasn't very comfortable. I've stayed here a couple times and the beds were always nice and comfy. This time though not so much. I'm guessing just a fluke but will be staying here many more times in the future.

Very clean and the food was hot and fresh. Tables were cleaned each time one was vacated. Food supplies were replenished as they were used. You have a large selection and choices of breakfast items.

The room clean. The beds and linens were crisp and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I love clean cups and glasses rather than just paper. Over all very much enjoyed, and the pet enjoyed the room as well.

The employees in the kitchen area and at the desk were not too attentive and spent their time talking to each other. Although, the were kind and polite to me. I didn't like that my room was at the end of this of lots or turns.

It was nice and quiet. Property was clean and kept up. The room was clean and had everything needed.

I liked everything including the pool area. I only wish I could have had more time to relax and enjoy the pool.

Very comfortable area and room. LOVE the pool area. I’ve stayed here a couple times and it’s my favorite in Dixon so far

breakfast isn’t the best but it is breakfast at least!

Staff were awesome and overall stay was positive. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed very nice.

Shower. It was borderline dangerous. The tub insert did not have a solid bottom under it and when standing in middle of tub it would sink roughly 1-1.5" and became very slippery with the soap. When you moved your foot it would pop back up with a loud pop.
