The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

I left something behind, and they were nice enough to call and tell me and ask if I wanted it shipped. I said yes, and the employee on the phone said someone would call me the next day about shipping. No one called, they charged my card $10 to ship the item. The postage on the envelope was $9.65. They left out part of what was supposed to be shipped, and the item they did send cost $2-4 MAX to ship. I'll be paranoid about them randomly running my card again for awhile.

the staff was exceptional. the system was down all weekend until Sunday morning. I had no problem getting access to my room when I needed it. Holly is amazing and so accommodating. She always thanked me for my patience and was willing to do whatever necessary to ensure I had what I needed. I will stay here every time my I come to Monticello to see my daughter at UAM and for her softball games. thank you for all that you do to make guests feel at home!!

location is great because we travel to see family there. Good breakfast and coffee each day. Courteous and friendly staff

The bathroom could have used some regrouting. Unfortunately we had a child in the room above that ran back and forth in the room making a lot of noise each night until 11pm.

The ladies at the front desk were great! They gave us suggestions for dinner. Their computers were down at check in so we couldn’t get keys. They escorted us to our room to let us in. When we returned from supper they were able to get our keys for us. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Our room needed updating but it was clean. Breakfast was adequate but nothing super special.

Very clean room, very comfortable beds, very helpful staff, amazing breakfast, we were there for almost a week and they allowed me to use the vacuum so that I could clean up ( because they r not allowed to enter the room if guest are still in there.)

the bathroom could have been cleaned better. where the soaps, shampoo, and conditioner were located on the shower wall…. there was brown crud of some sort … I’m short so I noticed it… the shower doors slide … there was crud in the sliding area towards the back.

The girls who checked us in on Friday evening were really sweet and nice. Everything was wonderful after being outside in the cold air all day long. The shower was nice, but the longer you laid in that bed, the harder it got.

Update your beds please and pillows not very happy didn't sleep much with rheumatoid arthritis I was very sore the next morning

The room was spacious. The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The elevator was out of order and since I am on oxygen this made it hard for me.
