Graduate Fayetteville

These Graduate hotels are amazing. This was easily one of the most creatively-designed places I’ve ever stayed in & yet it was shockingly affordable – far less expensive then most of the other hotels in the area. While I loved the design of the lobby, the room was what really stood out. Incredible colors, inspired details and a super comfy bed. Plus very nice, knowledgeable staff. I’m going to stay at a Graduate hotel every chance I get.

The location, quirky decor and friendly staff made the stay worthwhile! loved the bar area. Drinks were great. We didn’t try the food though we saw other patrons eating and the food looked delicious! Rooms were clean, comfortable and large. Loved the makeup mirror in the bathroom. Lighting was great for a hotel room. The little details were the most fun. Even the room keys were neat! We will absolutely stay here again!

The water pressure seemed low when taking a shower and door to room was not “light tight”- (could see hall lights around the door perimeter at night). Door was secure though. May have just been a fluke for our room. These weren’t serious issues at all for us though.

Location is great - easy to walk to town square and Dixon Street. Loved the unusual and eclectic décor. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There is a small bar where you can order beer, wine, cocktails in the evening and coffee in the morning. Check in/out is very easy - almost a little impersonal though.

The sheets had not been completely dry when they put them on our bed so housekeeping had to come remake our bed at 10 in the evening. The bathroom desperately needs a fan for the humidity. It's obvious from the ceiling above the shower that there is a moisture issue. Hallway and elevator had a bad sulfur-like smell at several points throughout our stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was pretty good and everyone was very friendly with my dog. I like my room and how it was designed.

The fact that I thought when I sent a special request about dog that pet rent was going to be waived by the message I got back for it and the fact I was not aware night audit was going to send a charge through to make sure I could pay such charges and waiting for an additional 115 to fall off my bank account.

Great location within easy walking distance to a variety of Restuarant’s, and a short walk away from the Clinton House museum and the library

The bar area closed during the day. Would have liked to have been able to get a drink/coffee in the bar during the day, however they did have snacks and cold drinks available to purchase from the fridge

Loved the decor and the balcony view. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially Logan, who was exceptionally friendly and eager to help, so sweet. I had to re-book after inclement weather interrupted our first planned visit, and the hotel was very accommodating.

Our balcony door was extremely hard to open, and our first morning we woke up and had to kill a small roach crawling across our room floor. That was an unexpected find for a 4 star hotel, but I chalked it up to having our balcony door open for a while, because nothing anywhere indicated that the hotel was dirty. Everything was VERY clean, and even the towels and sheets smelled wonderful. Even the downstairs bathrooms were gorgeous. All the colors and patterns really lifted my spirits.

There is no room service as description says. the have food service but you need to order in person only. There is no way to order via a website or even calling in your order by phone. then we you pick up food and bring back to your room, you are walking with a heavy tray. Pretty ridiculous when we live in digital age.

The bad: The toilet seat was put in wrong so was lopsided Not an actual closet in room just a curtain The staff was very rude when i was leaving and fought me on getting me an emailed receipt even though i have even through booking with Booking.com in over 30 hotels...

The staff were all very nice, and the downtown location was great. We still don’t go to bars/restaurants that have only indoor seating, so it will be even better after this pandemic ends! Free coffee in the morning in the lobby. (no coffee maker in room) Very clean and spacious rooms in wild, cheerful prints. Pet friendly

The wifi was iffy and often wouldn’t connect. The bar and restaurant(?) were were closed and under construction so that was disappointing. I had heard great things about the bar. It wasn’t a big deal for us as we were in time to spend time with family, but it would have been nice not to have to leave and go elsewhere. However, it’s certainly understandable that this was the best time to remodel a popular night spot!

The location is phenomenal! The atmosphere was delightful as was the decor. The students working there are amazing and so eager to help.

There should be a vent fan in the bathroom. The room was a bit muggy. Also a remote with a "guide" option would have been nice.
