We loved this property and the staff. The pool is heated and has a nice hot tub. The grounds are amazing! We saw quail, lizards, and bunnies all from our balcony! The room was spacious and updated. The property had a complimentary shuttle that would take you anywhere within 5 miles of it and would pick you up too! So it was great to head uptown for dinner and shopping. The location is amazing too! Its right next to airport mesa so wed go watch sunrise and stargaze. 100000%%% reccomend this hotel.

Views! Landscaping—a sweet green oasis on the edge of a mesa overlooking the city sprawling through the valley below. Beautifully refurbished. Toilet & shower separate from sink, broad area beside sink for spreading out. Lovely reading chair and light. Delicious fresh-brewed coffee in the morning. Very easy Parking. Low rise cabin-type units. Lovely!

No fault of Sky Lodge, but food closer by would have been nice. And a little more of a kitchenette—we brought our own yogurt and fruit for breakfast.

The views were incredible, the facilities were clean and modern, and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly, we felt very much at home and will definitely plan to stay there again.

The TV was sort of hard to figure out, because most channels were "unavailable" - the batteries kept falling out of the remote also because the back cover was loose. One of the bulbs was burned out in the lamp over the table. I'm only including these details because you specifically asked, they are minor and don't detract from how happy we were with the place.

Beautiful and charming grounds to walk around and or sit, with babbling brook and as stated a botanical garden with numerous and labeled plantings, trees and well established trees for shade, etc.

We did not mention seeing (2) baby cockroaches in our first unit in the bathroom area!!! 😳👎👎👎👎 Our first night was disrupted at 5:40 a.m. by extremely prolonged heavy walking overhead in our two-story unit, sounded like heavy work boots pacing the length of the unit not stopping till around 8:00a.m. This was unbearable to the point of going to the office to complain. Here, the manager assured us they would relocate us as soon as possible, when rooms turned over. We left the property for a few hours. When we returned, we were given a single story unit overlooking the garden/ brook area. This room was very nice and we appreciated the efforts made to accommodate our request and the rest of our stay was very pkeasant.

Beautiful view of red rocks - essentially the same as the "airport lookout" view with 50 people crowded around to watch the sunset, only private from our patio! Convenient direct parking out front of room access.

I'd suggest more food options in the future, such as casual grab and go cafe set-up. Our first night was a little stressful when it was 5pm and we had two hungry kiddos after check-in. I drove down into town and grabbed ready items from Whole Foods, which was within 7-ish minutes away and brought them back to eat on our porch with a view.

I love this place, I come back to Sky Ranch every time I’m in Sedona. I highly recommend it. The rooms had been renovated since the last time I was there. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The grounds had some work done and looked well manicured. They had signs on the plants in the garden, too. The pool and hot tub were great, even had a few moments alone to enjoy the pool area! They have that amazing view of Sedona on top of airport mesa that you can’t beat.

The only thing that was disappointing to me is how they changed the wedding venue. I didn’t like how the reception area will be reducing the amount of room for the open courtyard.

Beautiful location, easy parking, quiet

don’t get me wrong, we had a good stay, but it was too expensive for what it is. room was dark, bed was a bit too soft, room and hotel was fine but nothing special other than the location. No breakfast (we went to Whole Foods and bought breakfast to eat in our room). the staff was not very accommodating when we were a bit delayed for checkout (we called to say we weee running about 30 min late because we got lost on a hike in the morning). they wanted to charge us for a half day ($160) if we were more than 15 min late for checkout - I understand it’s their policy but it really put a sour taste in our mouths and was a stressful ending to an otherwise beautiful trip. wish they could be a bit more accommodating there.

Incredible place. It's a true resort feel, with beautiful areas to walk around, nice pool, and amazing views of Sedona. The rooms are very clean, extremely spacious, and the bathroom is very nice as well. We had an issue with a door lock on our first room and were given a new, better room immediately. Staff is very kind and gave us an informative welcome packet covering the lodge & tourist attracations around the area. Parking is easy, location is easily accessible and feels very safe. My only wish is that we stayed longer, and when I return to Sedona I'll definitely stay here!

We loved the beds and pillows - super comfortable! The view from the balcony was second to none, and the overlook was spectacular. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and we enjoyed the kitty-in-training. We spent time at the wine bar, which was cute with great landscaping. Great value for the price and a great location.

There were no working ice makers anywhere on the property. There was no working clock in the room, which had us fishing for our phones all the time. While the table and stools were great for planning, they aren't comfortable for lounging, so we had to use the bed for that as there isn't any other option in the room for a comfortable sit. We will definitely stay here again!

The parking lot was very muddy and made it hard not to track the mud into to the car and the room.
