The place appears to be new, and well maintained. As an example, the fitness center has new equipment. Rooms are spacious and quiet (apart from the A/C, which is very noisy). Plenty of parking. Location is good - a short drive to horseshoe bend, and about 10 minutes from the lower Antelope canyon.

Staff is rather impatient, but note that this is a very busy time of year, and the hotel is completely full. Breakfast is very standard. There was only one washing machine working in the laundry room.

Laundry room nice. Next to gym, which I used while clothes were drying. Breakfast was nice. Warm meal, not continental. Nice spacious room with balcony.

The staff working breakfast weren’t friendly. One lady blamed my husband for leaving lid off the sausage pan. It was another guest that did it. The next day a gal was snotty to me when I asked if they had any OJ. She said nastily, “if there’s none in the machine, we don’t have it and we’re not getting any.”

I love the rooms. Prefect for a family of 4. Two adults and two young kids. I had space for all my kids junk, and they had space to be free. Rooms are big and spacious. Room was very clean too. Included breakfast, had a laundry room, which on day 6 of a ten day trip was crucial. Pool was also nice.

Some of the desk employees were a bit stand off-ish. But others were great. Just depends on the person i suppose. My cable didn't work.

Our King deluxe room was very spacious. it looked fairly new and it was clean. The bed and couch were comfortable. We were on the 4th floor, which had a nice view. Overall, the staff was polite but not real friendly. The shower was great.

The carpet on the room floor was like walking on cement. Coffee could have been better, both in the room and at breakfast.

I loved the location of this hotel and the view from the room was great. I could see a fine sunset without going outside. The staff was very nice and explained everything.

It was very loud in the halls at 9pm and again at 1am. I was gonna call the front desk when everyone settled down... I was able to get back to sleep cuz I was very tired from driving all day.

nice facilities clean new spacious

booked another night had to go to reception and show my ID and credit card, the next day they say booking for another night was not done so i have to show ID and credit card again. decided to stay elsewhere due to muck around from staff. other then that the room was very nice, clean and spacious.

The location is quiet, yet Central to most everything you want to do. The majority of the front desk staff was super helpful and pleasant. This is always nice after a long day of traveling. The location is clean and the room is spacious.

The bathroom was excellent. The shower was amazing with controls on opposite side of water faucet. This is an excellent design so one does not need to step into cold water in turning on the shower. The provided soap and shampoo dispersers were excellent

The breakfast was very substandard.

Large room, very comfortable, very well located right down the street from all the area’s sights. Breakfast and overall amenities were better than expected, staff was friendly, easy check-in and check-out. Certainly better than other higher rated hotels I’ve stayed at.

From the moment you arrive at this lovely property you are greeted with not only immaculate facilities but a staff who are cordial, knowledgeable and and extremely accommodating!! Having to be away from home for a significant amount of time due to a knee replacement, I can’t even explain how comforting it was to reside at such a splendid property with a staff who are just AMAZING! My advice: STAY HERE!!
