Tru By Hilton Prattville

I always stay here when I come to Prattville. Our air conditioning this time was not working however we were moved to. another room .The desk associate was awesome she brought our new key room and a cart for our luggage. That is what I call customer service .My brother and his family were at the Holiday Inn for one night then they left the Holiday Inn and spent the next 2 nights at Tru.

Make sure the air conditioning is checked prior to guest check in.

The bed was super comfortable which is always extra points for me because a lot of times when I stay at a hotel. The beds are so hard I have trouble sleeping. The shower was nice because it was a real shower and it was so roomy.

Very comfortable beds, very clean, basic but with everything we needed at a good rate. I'm used to Hampton Inn, but TRU is great for a one night stay in transit.

The TV in our room didn't work initially. We called the front desk to ask for help and the attendant said she wasn't very good at these kind of things. My husband was able to determine, after taking the tv off the wall, that something wasn't plugged in. Front desk did call back to check and even gave us free chocolate bars! In the end, a win for all.

Enjoyed the different type of hotel. More like a college dorm room. It was fun for a night. Dont know if i could do multiple day in the smaller type room. But over all i would definetly do another 1 maybe 2 night stay. TV was great, bathroom was a great size, and really enjoyed being able to see Montgomery off in the distance.

Room size is small for my taste. Breakfast assortment wasnt to my taste buds.

I chose to skip breakfast, but it looked wonderful. I love the new design - I didn't feel like I was in a traditional "hotel". Cheery, bright and pleaseant all around. The room was clean and everything worked to expectations. I had a better night's sleep than I usually expect from a hotel - and the price was surprisingly reasonable for the stay. Well done!

From the parking lot to the lobby to the elevator to the room, everything was extremely clean! The colorful decor of this hotel added to our positive stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. One downfall was that you could hear the neighbors beside and above you. But, overall, a very nice hotel! Would definitely recommend to others traveling in the area.

Breakfast was nice and comfortable environment.

The fact that everything is open back up and then we didn't get room service because of covid staff said unless requested , for that we didn't know of ,didn't see any sign or staff said nothing about. However staff did give us fresh towels, we enjoyed the stay on the 4th floor and such a beautiful scenery.

Staff was friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. It was very welcoming. As I entered the TV had a screen that said "Welcome Adri"

I do wish it had a rug in the room. Floor was cold. Dimmer lamp could have been closer to the bed.

I absolutely LOVED how clean and comfortable the facility was!!! it was very peaceful as well. Shopping and dining are literally walking distance-very convenient.

I loved EVERYTHING about it!
