Cheryl the cleaner was amazing, we had some issues getting into the property, she went above and beyond to sort things for us. When I rang for advice I was told to go to the fish n chip shop! This was the first break myself and my husband had had for 5 years and didn't need hassle. I had to message when I had ordered parking scratch cards to enquire when they would be delivered. Not good enough really 😕. The room was lovely but we didn't know about additional facilities ie microwave, hot plate etc, apparently we had been upgraded. If known we would have bought breakfast food etc. Parking a nightmare and not clear. We met a few people at the property trying to get access and unsure about parking, spent some time helping others. The directions for what3words were rubbish, not clear if a one way street etc, very unclear.

Superb location! Very well situated for both the beach and town. Room was very clean and decorated very well. I especially liked the dolphin walls in the shower. I had a question before my arrival regarding check in and the staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Using a code to access the room is a great idea, so no cards or keys to carry around, it is very convenient. The room came with basic toiletries and an iron and ironing board, tea making facilities and TV. Overall very functional, nice room. They have been designed with care and the overall building with the gates and all the matching touches with the sea theme is just lovely.

As it was a ground floor room, the windows didn't open very far, which is understandable. The room got a bit warm and stuffy. Could maybe benefit from a fan in summer. Would have preferred a hair dryer instead of iron, but that is just personal preference. Something to consider when booking is the size of the entrance into the shower. It is fixed and since I am quite overweight I just about fit through. Just something for people to consider when booking and not something necessarily wrong with the room itself.

Overall a very quite a convenient location. We had a good overnight stay. Two minor things to impove on. The main door to the building could do with a soft close mechanism as it has an tendancy to slam and make a loud noise at night when people return. The shower could do with some attention to get rid of a small amount of mould but otherwise everything was good about our stay. I would not mark it down significantly therefore just offer these two nuggets in case the owners read this and look to improve on it.

The building was designed to a high standard. Well thought out. As was the suite. It was small but apart from a kitchen sink it had everything else you would need. The decor was a high standard. The view from the verandah was terrific. It was a ten minute walk to the centre of town. The team were very quick to respond. They are there 24/7.

The verandah had a fault in that when it rained it flooded. We telephoned the company and they did their best to fix it.

All good should have asked for a ground floor apartment. Will do next time.

Purchased a scratch card for car parking which was £8 as we were staying for 3 nights. When we arrived the scratch card was only for 2 nights. I phone to purchase another s/card the man said it took 24 hours to process. We have never had to buy a s/card before other accommodations have just given us one. We asked on line and an hotel sold us a 4 day s/card for £5 so I felt this was a rip off and left us in a bit of a mess.

3rd time staying here and will definitely be coming back! Location and facilities are perfect!

The room had not been cleaned properly. The mugs, glasses and tea spoons were all used and just positioned as if fresh. The shower had not been clean and was grimey.

For a short stay its amazing value for money. Spotlessly clean and a stones throw away from shops and bars, however set far enough back to be quiet at night. Cleaning lady next day was so friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy and shower was great. Out second stay here and will certainly book again for our third.

Could do with a set if drawers for smalls etc

No breakfast option but plenty of places to choose from there’s a little cafe just two minute walk from the apartment served a nice breakfast

Had to put toiletries on the floor as there wasn’t any where to put them maybe a little shelf in the shower to put shower gel shampoo on also a loo holder

Good location and very clean earlier check in would be a little nicer though

The bed was very uncomfortable made worse by the worlds worse pillows they was completely flat time for bnb owner to buy some new ones also nowhere to clean pots and pans apart from bathroom sink not the easiest place to clean cutlery

Very clean studio apartment

No sink in the kitchen area. The basin in the bathroom had to be used for water to drink,fill the kettle and to fill washing up bowl to clean dirty pots. Used water had to be poured down the toilet or back into the basin. Would not recommend or use again because of this.
