Trivelles Park Hotel

Emma was absolutely incredible. I had booked for my daughter as her uni flat was not ready and Emma contacted me to let me know she was ok and made sure she had breakfast and quite frankly she has been an angel!!! She is the best asset to that hotel and I could not thank her more for her communication with me. Keep her!!! Thank you Emma xxxxxxx

What can I say about this property? THIS IS AN AMAZING BUDGET HOTEL. I booked a single room but ended up coming with my partner and the receptionist Raees catered for my needs and upgraded my room and when I walked into the room I was shocked to see how nice it is. They definitely had a re vamp in the building and added new touches which obviously compliments the building alot. The breakfast was a bonus even though it was just 3 types of cereals and 3 types of jams with bread. It was enough and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and all my colleagues and would definitely be coming back

everything about this hotel is lovely, the staff, the rooms, mattress and the breakfast all amazing. Special thanks to Laura, she was a great host and really looked after me will always be using the property.

Everything this hotel never fails to impress. Rais was so amazing and stayed up for me let me in late night. Sad didn’t get to see the lovely Emma today but never the less Laura’s breakfast was excellent. thanks Laura

Emma was lovely and extremely helpful. I had been badly let down by the hotel's nearby rival, the Claremont. They cancelled my booking while I was already travelling on the train to Preston. I had to pay the cancellation fee to Booking.com so that I could find an alternative place to stay and they have pocketed the fee. The reason was that they would not receive a guest at 23:00 hrs, 5 minutes after my train would arrive. Emma did not have a problem greeting me at Trivelles Park Hotel and thus rescued me after the Claremont had abandoned me and taken my money.

Not enough staff, so breakfast suffered a bit, but Emma is a great credit to the hospitality industry.

excellent property for work solo travellers and even families. the room was very clean and spacious, the best thing was the mattress was very comfortable so you know the sleep will be good when the mattress is good Breakfast area was lovely and cosy breakfast was basic but very fresh and amazing for the price. I got this place recommended by my colleague and it’s safe to say it’s a place I’ll be booking again every time I’m here for work not to forgery Thanks to the manager Raees for looking after me.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Laura was always able to help when she was there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And breakfast was good too freshly cooked not of one the warmers like many other hotels. Plenty of options breads cereal jams etc. Will be returning again. And recommend to others.

Clean and comfy

The staff member I dealt with was polite, friendly and helpful. The room, bedding and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is on a bus route, is close to a main road with shops nearby and eating establishments a little further. There is also off road parking.

On my visit there were no breakfast facilities although this is apparently temporary and the sole vending machine that I observed was very poorly stocked. The rooms decor would benefit from a refresh as would some of the room furniture which was in a poor state of repair.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights with my family and we had the best experience. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. Emma was most helpful in making our stay convenient at the hotel and the town in general. Rahis equally provided recommendations that helped us settle down well. Facilities at the hotel are quite good and the rooms are spacious and neat. Breakfast was provided and included a wide variety that catered for halal and vegetarian preferences. The cooking staff did a great job in making delicious meals and clearing used utensils after every meal. Overall, we had a great experience and we would definitely love to stay at the hotel another time.
