the property was good only one disappointment and that was the food… I ordered nachos which said…melted cheddar cheese with the various dips. it came with stone cold cheese sauce!!! and dips it was awful to look at let alone taste it. I phoned reception and complained they told me to bring it up. the receptionist said that it is cheese which I then had to explain it’s not melted cheddar cheese it’s a cheese sauce from a squeezy bottle!!! and a cold one too. then she goes I’ll talk to chef and comes back saying the chefs going to do another and that she’ll bring it to my room. it arrives with I swear a few strands of cheese melted with dips.., no lie a few strands of cheese!!! what a joke a bowl of nachos dry for nearly £5 disgusting

Pleasantly surprised after reading some sketchy reviews. We arrived very late after a Friday night gig and checked in no problem. The guy on reception was lovely and we had a chat about cricket as the Ashes was on. The room was comfortable and cool and we had a good sleep. Cup of coffee and nice shower in the morning and on our way.

Nothing at all wrong with it.

The staff was so accomodating and sweet, he welcomed us on Thursday night when we arrived, led us to our room and showed us what to do very calmly. It did exceed my expectations and I’m so glad to have lodged in Ramada!

The shower stand in the bathroom was shaky already, we discovered the night we lodged in still functioning quite alright, but it could be fixed to avoid further damage, room 106

Shower in my room was not good, poor pressure and flow was like a dribble! It wouldn't stay in the right position and you couldn't stand underneath it as it was pointing towards wall behind the shower, it was too loose in the holder to move it to correct position

This is a recently built building on the main road. Very close to Junction 2 of the M5. Asda right opposite and a Lidl literally next door, if you need some toothpaste or whatever you forgot to bring with you. Adequate car parking, front and rear of the building. My room faced the busy main road, but the traffic noise was bearable as this road ( Wolverhampton Rd A4123) is deserted after 11 pm. The staff were very helpful and were swift in giving me a new room after a minor water leak. There is a small bar next to reception and a breakfast room for those who pay about £7.50 extra. For around £40, this is a very affordable place to stay in the Dudley, West Brom' & Birmingham area.

The entrance to the car is narrow and not very well lit.

As always the hotel was nice, clean and in a great location, staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was great, with a nice selection of hot and cold options to choose from, check out aswell is a nice time, not too late and not too early, so there is no need to rush about, you can take your time and make sure you have everything before you leave .

Nothing really, the only thing i would have to say was that the certains wasnt black out ones so as soon as the sun came up the room was lit. But.... it didnt ruin our stay.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy check in and out. Room was very nice with comfortable beds. No noise and place was clean. Car parking facilities available. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Breakfast was lovely and given option to wrap up a plate for my plus 1 who couldn't get out of bed in time for breakfast service time after we had been out late in Birmingham to the early hours. .

I didn't have breakfast although next time I certainly will as it looked excellent the layout maybe the bar price's a little bit

The bar price's a little high for my liking where right opposite side of the road navigation charges 3 20 a pint and on the night roughly 6 drinking in there from your hotel you could be losing custom in the bar area especially at this current cost of living crisis as the guys in the navigation mentioned

It's located close to the M5 motorway making my journey home easy, has plenty of parking and is situated next to two large supermarkets. I had forgotten my laptop charge cable so this was ideal! Staff were great! Friendly, polite and very helpful

Room was very basic and the furniture old and tired, but it was one night so that didn't bother me.

The way booking.com offered me an upgrade room. From double to twin. Pics look like double with a single bed. Only to find out this is not the case . 1 st floor Twin room was a disgrace shocking. However, the front of the house exchanged my room back to a double on the 3rd floor much better.
