We got a ground floor room as both my partner and are bad on our feet.Breakfast was good value for money.Our room was very clean,the beds we’re comfortable ,but rather narrow and the pillows nice and soft.

During the night my partner was kept awake by noise from the room above, she went outside to see what rooms had their lights on .This was about 0200 hrs approximately , she went upstairs and and had a word with occupants , who said it was not them. But by some strange reason the noise abated,somewhat. Bathroom,had no towel rail,so there was nowhere to put the wet towels, there had been one but the fixing holes were plugged.The toilet seat was loose.

Room was adequate for a 1 night stay. Bed was comfortable and our room was fairly quiet. Bar staff and food was good. The roast was plentiful and tasty. Plenty of room for parking.

Our GPS took us to a completely different street and we couldn’t find the hotel. There must be an issue with the post code as I believe other guests have had the same issue. Some noisy people during the night banging their doors…. Not the fault of the hotel…. But maybe a sign to remind people to be quieter after 11:00pm!

Very nice room food on the whole was good although breakfast was not thebest ,staff were efficient enough.

Breakfast experience server was not helpful , there was no yoghurt or fresh berries, cooked breakfast was brought out as we just started to have cereals so was left to go cold , the server was not at all helpful i asked ig there was any marmalade a very blunt no was the reply. Althought we enjoyed our stay this did put a little bit of a dampner on our stay

The room had all the required amenities, was clean and tidy, and to a good standard. The bar area looked nice, though I didn't stop for longer than to check in. I arrived fairly late, but the staff were friendly and helpful, and the check in process was easy and straight forward, and the check out as easy as dropping my key card.

My only negative comment is that I found a towel from the previous occupant of my room hanging on the hook on the back of the bathroom door. It feels like an obvious place to check. However it caused me no inconvenience, it just didn't look great.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. All the bathroom fittings looked very new.

There were no instructions on how to use the heating controls. The bath was far too long and not wide enough needed far too much water to make it useable. I usually shower but as the head was very high and didn’t want to get my hair wet chose to bathe instead. Bathroom would benefit from a shaving mirror, so useful for helping with makeup in the morning. The breakfast was missing a few items, no yoghurt and no marmalade.

Stayed here before! Great location near the shops! Breakfast included in a reasonable room rate! Room we had was the same as before! Spacious! Restaurant provided a good breakfast at a good price! Ate dinner here too a couple of nights! Food good!

Room service a bit slow for size of hotel! We left one day at 8:30 am and put our sign out for room to be cleaned and replenished! We got back at 3pm and it still hadn’t been done so instead asked for toilet rolls and towels and didn’t bother with a room clean!

The staff were incredible, and the food was great. Lots of help with food allergies, and the breakfast menu catered for all allergies. The family room was a good size and was clean. Bathroom had a bath and over head shower. Parking right outside.

Being on a main road it was a little noisy at night time, but it wasn't constant. No towel racks in the bathroom and just stacked in front of the mirror. Shower head was fixed, so in a family room made it difficult with little children.

Lovely & clean, Air conditioning was excellent, piping hot water, great location for retail parks & convenient for the hospital. Didn't eat in this time, but the food looked great in the restaurant. Very pleasant helpful friendly staff. Free wi fi was useful. Great value for money.

Nothing it was just as advertised. A list of taxi firm's would be useful as we had to get to a hospital appointment although we did manage to Google some once phone was charged :-)

Convenient after a long day and the room was quiet and very comfortable. Walk across the car park to the pub were the food was reasonable and well priced, with plenty of choice. Have stayed before when on business, as its convenient after a day travelling, so knew what to expect.

The thermostat on the wall did not seem to have a connection to the room heater, and no amount of adjustment made a difference to the cold temperature in the room.

Clean, well presented. very good value.

Customer service was to the (rule) book; Staff were happy to say No to requests. eg, could not bill dinner under our room tab, young lad who really enjoyed his carvery dinner was not allowed another slice of meat.. (but veggie was unlimited).... having said that, we really enjoyed the stay, the room was good value and exceeded expectations.
