very clean, comfortable, spacious room, friendly, welcoming staff, central location, with easy access to other pubs and restaurants (we had an amazing evening meal at Raduni Indian Cuisine), nice treat to have a bath, enjoyed the breakfast. had to pay for parking but straightforward. Appreciated a staff member offering to carry my suitcase to the room. Easy access after the bar was closed (a pin pad on the gate). Outdoor seating. Appreciated having our request for a slightly later checkout agreed.

All was good...............it was unfortunate that shower head bracket was broken but we were told about it and it was explained that it had only happened that morning with no time to get it repaired, which we understood.

Seven Stars was a very Olde Worlde inn with all the charm of traditional beams. The Family room we stayed in was a really good size with sofa and two easy chairs plus a very comfortable double and single bed. It was heated by two radiators and was very warm and comfortable. The en-suite was also a very good size with a shower over the bath.

We ate in the restaurant the night we were there. Whilst the staff were very helpful and friendly, I personally think the food was over-priced for what it was. We sampled the beefburger at £12.50, which whilst okay was just that - a burger with fries and coleslaw; the sausage and mash was again okay at £14.50, with three sausages and crispy onion over the top, but the mash wasn't impressive. However there was a large amount of cabbage and onion gravy. The Turkey dinner was tasty at £17.50, but only included roast potatoes (no mash). However, there was also pork with our meal? There was a large medley of vegetables and apricot stuffing. All in all the meals were okay just very over-priced, but I suppose that's the location.

This is a pub with rooms - just 3. Comfortable (but not if you're very tall as the beams are low. No breakfast available on weekdays and we would recommend Janeys next door but one. Very reasonable and excelllent service. Centrally located but without parking - it is nearby but costs £6 for 24 hours.

No 'housekeeping', i.e. no-one would enter our room during our stay. I can make a bed etc but washing cups in the bathroom sink with no T-towel or w/up liquid is probably not terribly hygienic. Quite noisy from when water being run.

Wooden beams and modern style decor was excellent. Fantastic food. Friendly, efficient staff who were very professional. Lovely to have a fan and iron+ board in the room. Well equiped and good shower.

Quirky sloping floor in Old buildings are fine, but not when your feet are actually raised higher than your head when lying in bed! Had to put pillows at the other end but then bed too short with feet against the headboard. Also needed blackout lining in the curtains. The green fire exit light illuminated the room too, needed to take an eye mask.

friendly and helpful staff

We booked a room described as one double bed and one single for two nights . on arrival there was only a double. not ideal as we had a small child that needed a bed. As a result an adult had to sleep on the floor . The staff were very helpful and swapped the room for the second night however no reduction was offered . incidentally they do not have a cot. Thankfully we had checked that out in advance

I don't write many reviews but the staff, all of them, were truly outstanding. Accomodations and food were excellent, mattress could've been better but we had a long stay but that's about the only negative and wasn't an issue until the end of the week. Very convenient to the town and other close by areas.

Good location. Staff were very friendsly. We stayed in one of the oldest rooms which was really pleasantly quirky! Clean, spacious bathroom.

The room was substantially smaller than what the pictures on the website showed. There were 2 beds advertised and we only had one which wasn't a problem for us but was a bit misleading and cost quite alot. A fridge in the room would have been amazing, but not essential.

The Seven Stars is a nice hotel to stay in right on the Main Street in Ledbury. The staff were nice and friendly. One staff member helped me make a dental clinic booking phone call that I was struggling with. We also enjoyed a meals there and they cooked a lovely gluten free dinner for me.

There was nothing I could find fault with.

lovely old world building with beams and wonky floors. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a big modern bathroom.

sad that there was no breakfast available as Booking .com sold it as bed and breakfast. A glitch in the booking meant we had a double bed and not twin as booked. however the staff did there best to make us comfortable. The chiming clock on opposite side of the road chimed every hour through the night so you might want to ask for a room at the back!

The staff made my stay, they were just so helpful, polite, friendly, warm, welcoming, everything was effortless and easy. The staff are a credit to this place

I’m 6ft 6” and the ceilings aren’t… so it’s my issue being tall in a building that’s designed and built for people of nowhere near my height… I banged my head on the low beams at least 5 times, despite being told about them, seeing them for my own eyes and ducking down… the bathroom was perfect, the bedroom would have been if I was a foot shorter or the ceiling a foot taller. I didn’t like the clock tower opposite striking 3 bongs at 3am, 4 bongs at 4am, 5 bongs at 5am, 6 bongs at 6am etc… I must have been passed out at bongs at 1am, 2am..
