the room was spacious, the staff very accommodating, the children loved the warm cookies a nice touch, breakfast was varied with choices for everyone full English or continental. the swimming pool steam room and gym was an added bonus especially as you where able to use as part of your stay with no extra charge. Location was perfect on the seafront near shops and restaurants. The parking even though expensive at £25/day but standard for this part of Brighton, was made easy to exit and enter the underground facility by paying upfront and having the staff set this up from the beginning of our stay. The decor of the hotel is beautiful after the refurbishment it was definitely one of best stays in Brighton and we will be back.

children play area in reception could have been more imaginative, most of the glasses and plates and cutlery at breakfast where either heavily water marked or dirty the swimming pool could get very crowded if you choose the wrong time which spoilt the enjoyment

Very clean and efficient staff although one day our room did not get cleaned but they knocked to ask if I waited it done although it was late I declined as I was getting ready to go out But it really was not a problem I’m not a messy person Room very nice now they have refurbished them a classy look to the rooms

Nothing was to much trouble Loved the breakfast enough of everything and such a choice One evening the bar area food was not available for what ever reason so complimentary nibbles was offered and all staff was very apologetic When the food was available it was far to late for me to eat

Had a spa break with 3 of my friends. The hotel was right on the sea front 14 minutes walk from Brighton train station (but advisable when travelling with luggage to take a taxi) plus very close to all amenities. On our arrival we were greeted by informative and friendly receptionist. Our room a Superior Queen room with Sofa Bed and was spacious and clean for four ladies of a certain age. Breakfast was excellent piping hot and very fresh on both mornings plus providing a microwave oven ingenious, please don't change. The steam and sauna although very small were excellent and the jacuzzi again very small but was the pressure of the jets again excellent. Cocktails and a light lunch on the terrace out of this world. Best experience ever

Only let down was the spa facilities. Very dated and small but have been advised that the area is going to be refurbished soon. Need to have more seating for relaxing a bigger steam, sauna rooms and a larger jacuzzi, don't change the pressure, finally, not have the reception area over looking the jacuzzi very off putting.

Stunning hotel in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach and the city centre. I had asked for my room to be upgraded to a seaview room before arrival, and upon check in was told that my room had been upgraded again to a balcony room (without extra charge). The room was very clean and just as stunning as the rest of the hotel and the view from the balcony was dreamy. Additionally, just a few minutes after checking into my room, room service knocked on my door with a cake (as it was my birthday) as well as a drink voucher - both complementary. My dog was also welcomed and she loved her stay at the hotel as well. Everyone has been exceptionally lovely throughout my stay and I will definitely come back.

Long-ish wait during check-in times upon arrival, but having stayed in various hotels in Brighton recently, I’ve noticed this appears to be the case in the area. My only actual complaint during breakfast on the second morning. As I was travelling by myself and didn’t bring anything to leave on the table, to signal I was still sitting there, my table was cleared and given to someone else as soon as I got up to go get more bread. I then had to tell the waitress I still needed my table. I found this a bit rude as I had not been there for long (about 20 minutes) and then felt rushed to finish so I wouldn’t be in other people’s way.

The breakfast was good. Very quick, very friendly staff in the breakfast area. A variety of options for breakfast as well

We went down to the pool area with the kids on Thursday after around 12.45pm. The guy at reception area at the pool was not very friendly compared to the guy we met the evening before. The guy on the day (27th July at 12.45hrs was very cold towards us, showing attitude saying we should have booked before coming down to the pool area). I understand that this should have been done, but he seemed very angry that we didn’t do it. He eventually let us in as the pool area was not full at the point of our arrival. Him giving directions to the pool was also quite harsh. I’ve been to this hotel more than once and everyone has been superb. He’s the first person I’ve come across amongst staff that wasn’t. I hope it was just him not having a great day and no one else experienced what we experienced

One of the waiters at breakfast time attitude was not polite. My husband accidentally drop his cutely on the floor and he saw a clean set of cutlery left on another table and pick them up, this waiter came to him directly by saying: “I have just put these for another guest to use it!!!” And my husband polite reply: “I’m sorry! I didn’t realised. I just don’t want to bother you as I saw you were busy…” He reply: “don’t do it again” This waiter was very rude to my husband and definitely with an attitude. Please re-address this.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was amazing, tremendous choice and very good quality. Décor was great and bed very comfortable.

We booked two bedrooms; one of which was a good size; the other very small however there was one redeeming feature in that if I angled my gaze correctly I did glimpse the sea. My other concern was that when we booked out the receptionist, a different lady to the previous day, said she would book a taxi, 15 mins later we were still waiting & when our lovely receptionist enquired about this via the cab company a booking had not been placed however this was swiftly remedied. Beyond your control I appreciate, but the weather was horrendous.

The hotel looks newly renovated, our room was lovely. Fresh, clean and a perfect size for an overnight stay. I wish we had upgraded to a sea view as that’s the only thing that could if made our stay better. Perfect location too.

We checked in quite late at around 8:30pm, we were offered a sea view room at a charge of £45. Just a suggestion but if these rooms are still available late in the evening it would be nice to offer them for free especially to Hilton honours Members.

The stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was beyond amazing. We got to Brighton super early however our room was ready for check in at 1pm😍. As it was my partners birthday we received complimentary drink vouchers, cookies and our room had a happy birthday cake alongside a birthday card! The hotel went beyond and above to make the day and our stay even more pleasant. The hotel has spa facilities such a sauna and swimming pool. The pool was great. No faults within. Very well looked after and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Brighton !!!

Room view & balcony amazing. Staff on book-in very helpful. Very clean, great facilities. Beautiful building, well equipped room, however I would have liked a coffee machine for the price of the room.

There was one member of staff in the breakfast room who was rude & snappy with my husband. And I notice he was the same with other guests. This did spoil out breakfast experience a little, which was annoying as I booked as a Birthday treat for my husband. But every other staff member we encountered were very helpful and welcoming.
