I absolutely loved the mattress. I haven't had a good night's sleep in 2 years. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and Fybromialgia alongside other medical conditions. The kids really enjoyed their stay and all the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. The kids didn't enjoy the vegan sausages. The glasses in the bedroom were dirty. There is no fridge in the room. I took sandwich mix to make sandwiches for the following day to take to legoland for the kids. When I contacted reception, they said yes, they do have a fridge. When I got to the room, they didn't have a fridge, and all my sandwich mix went off.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Helping us to find and book a taxi whilst we were out. Exceptional staff assistance and so was the taxi service. The taxi driver kept in touch and sent his registration to help us locate him very good service.

Cleanliness of the room was good but not exceptional. The sofa bed had stains and no sheet on it. We had to request a quilt for it and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been. However on the whole the room was clean and a lovely room.

The design of the room is beautiful, rooms were huge, our bathroom was very clean and brand new shower. the bar staff friendly and accommodating. Beautiful grounds. our children loved it so much! and so did we!

The reception lady was rude and sharp. I asked for a cot (as advertised online!) and I was told that they do bot offer cots and toddlers ‘should sleep in the same beds as their parents’. Then I asked whether there was a chance that we could get a room near our friends who were staying and instead of her saying ‘I will check’ or something similar she just rudely told they are fully booked. alas, she did manage to find another room on the same floor, without to much trouble i felt her comments were unnecessarily and she probably hated dealing with requests. My cappuccino was horrid! Did not drink it. Breakfast average! The food kept running out much faster than was replaced.

The staff was very polite and friendly. They delt with the pool closure problem and understood our disappointment . We have booked the stay at the hotel for our 4 children especially for the option of the swimming. Amazing staff offered complimentary meal to boost children mood which worked wonders. The room we have booked was as in the listing. Clean and spacious. Wish they had Netflix. But I guess thats would be too much to ask. Overall pleased.

Unfortunately the pool was closed. We haven't been notified about the closure. The children have been very disappointed and we needed to book the pool outside in the city to deal with the sadness. Staff offered complimentary family meal which was kind offer.

All staff from reception to restaurant were very attentive and efficient. The room was beautiful and the food was amazing! A very restful, relaxing night away

Upon booking it was asked if we had any requests. I had requested chilled champagne in our room upon arrival and provided my arrival time. I was informed this would be arranged at no extra cost. When we arrived there was no champagne in the room. I called reception and was told this would be sent up. When the young man from the restaurant came to the room, he apologised and said sorry we only have Prosecco. I accepted this, however I do not believe that requests should be agreed to if they cannot be fulfilled. Also the bathroom basin was clearly damaged in a few areas making it look dirty (although it was definitely clean.)

The hotel was lovely and located in a great spot for our visit to Lapland UK. It was nice and quiet, especially through the night which meant no wake ups from our children. The staff were lovely and extremely friendly. The hotels breakfast had plenty of options for everyone in our family.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. The window frames were full of mould, as was some of the grout in the shower. The window did not seal fully and there was a bit of a cold chill that came in through the night.There were also slug trails along the skirting & walls in the corner of the room.

All staff were happy, helpful and courteous. Really felt they all enjoyed their jobs, smiling and saying hello, everyone very helpful - and I mean everyone - Reception, leisure area, cleaners, restaurant staff at dinner and breakfast. It was so lovely. The pool, jacuzzi (beautifully hot), steam room and sauna were lovely and clean. The restaurant food and staff were excellent for both evening meal and breakfast. Rooms clean and fresh - with lovely tea / coffee tray and complimentary water bottles.

Everything was perfect.

The room and bathroom were both lovely and so clean. Plenty of space for myself and all my cases. We had a friend with allergies; staff and chef were all great at being thorough with checking allergens to provide a safe meal! We really appreciated it. There were events taking place at the hotel over the weekend but this did not interfere with our stay at all! Didn't hear any noise from the parties!

When checking in on Friday night, the whole lobby had a very strong fish smell. This was uncomfortable for me as a vegetarian! Breakfast was really busy on both Saturday and Sunday morning! It wasn't a great environment to be in and felt a little bit manic. We had to wait a little while for a table and then for food to be ready.
