Pearl Beach Hotel

The pearl hotel and spa is a great getaway from packed city life. Located further out in Umm Al Quwain it has all the amenities of a luxury resort without the price. Excellent value for the rooms you can decide to stay close to everyone and right next to the pool or a little further away where it's quieter. The hotel features a liquor store on site, Bavarian, Indian, and Philippino restaurants with excellent food. During the winter months you can enjoy a mouth watering tomahawk steak grilled by the pool with live entertainment and excellent staff. We greatly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back for Octoberfest.

Unfortunately our meal was served to another table but once the staff realized their mistake they sent a complimentary dish without even asking. Excellent service that isn't often seen

my cat was welcome and as he walks on lead was fine to walk him and it was fun to see his reaction at 1st time seeing the ocean! there are lots of areas with pet bins so my cat not limited to litter tray I brought for room. Staff super and I felt very at ease being alone great bars and restaurants nice pool and good facilities

Checked in around midday without any fuss. Spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean, outstanding housekeeping staff. Daily large bottles of water complimentary. Very efficient fridge. Ability to bring own drinks etc to room. Temperature controlled infinity pool, pleasant and efficient lifeguards. Clean beach area, plenty of loungers. Great choice of restaurants onsite. Genuine desire to please from majority of staff: more friendly and positive than many 4/5* hotels we have stayed.

Access to bath/shower rather awkward, and shower screen caused floods. A walk-in shower would be easier, safer and better for water conservation. Reception staff maybe not as friendly or flexible as others (e.g. 15 min wait for return of AED200 deposit on checkout.)

Its was value money and food at the restaurant Backwaters was excellent

There is a faint smell of Cigarette smoke everywhere in the buildings

Service and food at the German restaurant was great. Pool was great as well. Beach volleyball an added advantage. The manager at the German restaurant was very hospitable and handled our complaint about the Winer schnitzel very professionally.

Breakfast could have more variety. Some of the dishes were cold and sitting for long. We ordered a lot at the German restaurant. Wiener schnitzel was a disappointment as the batter was coming off the meat when it arrived and it wasn't crispy as it should be. Hotel beach should be cleaned a bit as not very pleasant to walk

A huge thanks to the reservation staff who arranged the cake for my sister's birthday. It really made a difference and a memorable stay. We did not get the chance to use the pool as it was under maintenance due to the recent bad weather conditions. The beach at that time was not good to swim as well. However, we will definitely come back next time and will make sure that the weather will be good and this time we will bring our lovely Chenoo and Boo on our trip!

Pool was under maintenance

The hotel is located in a quiet locality by the backwaters, which is beautiful. The chalets are comfortable and overlook the pool and beach. Food was the highlight at the Backwaters restaturant. This hotel is excellent for family staycations and is an hour's drive from Dubai. The staff are courteous and ever available to assit. Also, they offer BBQ grill facility which I experienced for the first time at a hotel. The overall experience was worth every dirham spent.

The sliding door in one of the rooms needed maintenance but apart from this minor issue, the stay was perfect.

This was our fourth visit to Pearl Hotel &Spa. They never disappoint. A very relaxing location out of the hustle and bustle of city life. Swimming pool is heated which makes it ideal in "winter". Breakfasts and Little Bavaria always provide exceptional food at reasonable prices. Bring your mosquito repellent, management try their best but nobody can beat nature. Always highly recommended.

We love how the staff take care of us everytime we visit this hotel. Receptionist May always help and assist us she knows how to take care of her guest very professional and consistent to her customer service. Staff Croos also gave us superb service and assistant we love how he care about his guest. And the life guard they are supper friendly and we love how they keep an eye on the kids in the pool they are super caring and performing their job so well!!

Pearl hotel is one of my families favorite place to stay. You can relax and kids enjoy a lot. Great food, ambiance, beach, pool and staff are amazing!!!! Their Shower gels,lotion, and shampoo are heaven!🤗!!!

The stay and the food at Backwaters Restaurant specially.

Had booked three rooms. Chk in time was 1500hrs. Got one room at 1515hrs, second at 1540hrs and the third at 1625hrs. Inspite of giving the last room delayed, my request to give me one room chk out delayed was not agreed upon and calls and calls were kept on making to vacate. I requested time till 1600hrs to take a bit rest after lunch but from 1400hrs, staffs were behind me asking to vacate as new customer already arrived. Suggest hotel staff must consider such requests or else they must be sure enough to hand over rooms booked, at 1500hrs.
