Location of the hotel is brilliant next to Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre. Many prestigious exhibitions and shows are running all the time, which are free! Rooms were spacious and clean. Coffee facilities and safe are available. A small kitchenette with open plan living room. Our room was on top floor with a nice panoramic view of the ocean and islands. All staff were professional and helpful. A special thanks go to Housekeeping staff "Mazhar" who was assigned to look after the rooms in our floor. He did a good job.

Their service and the staff’s treatment & professionalism was exceptional. The room, its facilities and everything was nice.

The only little complaint I have is the TV. It’s great they have a smart tv but we can only connect it to Netflix and Youtube. I wish we were able to upload other streaming apps since it’s a smart tv but that option isn’t available unfortunately. Either a fully smart TV or a a TV with regular local channels would’ve been better.

This my favorite hotel closer to AD Exibition Center where book fair is held every year. Spacious room with kitchenette where we have our breakfast. Lulu express is within 5 minutes walk. Facilities: Underground car park is where we leave the car (self parking), pool and gym. Helpful and smiling staff, Nigel, Farhad, Javi and Tywan.

Sauna wasn't working during our stay but we could use the sauna at Pearl Rotana next door, which we did.

I liked the amenities offered, as well as the hotel itself. We were upgraded to a three room apartment and it was amazing, big space for me and my husband. The staff was nice and the location is good.

I believe that cleaning can be done better. Also, since it was a three room apartment and the reservations was made for 2 people, we were only provided with a pair of slippers and one robe.

Parking in basement + bring the food to the room even if the order is from outside + friendly staff

Price goes triple times higher when there is an event in ADNEC + sometimes there is smell in the room even if it’s clean + noice while cleaning the windows from outside + needs sometimes upgrade and special offer and treatment if the the customer comes regularly.

As i wrote to you. We were took off the flight because my wife check for covid was cancelled, So we couldnt take the flight and obviously the first night. I called the hotel. Talked to reservation, and one one the girls there told not to worry about it and that she will fix everything when we will arrive. For me it was "forse maggior" We couldn't predict an event of this kind. For our surprise,as we came in , eventually one day after the beginning of the order Reception didn't want to refund us They said it should come through you. I wrote yesterday, and no one contact me. To us its more then obvious to get a refund especially after reservation told us. Surprisingly no one in reservation record that talked wven when i showed then phone records. We are very disappointed from this wvent And even angry about this treatment. Hope to here from you soon The reception manager " mr camal " waiting to your call. So do we. Dina and amnon davidoff

Great room, comfortable and good facilities.

Each staff member had different information about the hotel, facilities and times. Was told by one facilities were only available in their partner hotel, another told me correctly where the facilities were in this one. Laundry is done outside but given different info of prices and return times.

Good facilities : decent gym though the pool was small, not really big enough for laps . The room contained the basics and one could request other amenities like a sponge.

The room was v dark , only one small window. Even with the curtain open it always felt dark, the air con wasn’t that consistent .

Everything was good, Helpful staff and confy two bed bedrooms apartment. Great for family as location and neighborhood

Entry is almost all time is busy with cars those are parked in the front gate .. It make dropping luggage hard especially for check-in. Also, 2nd bedroom in the department takes too long for AC to get cold.

Staff were very helpful and attentive.The room was very very comfortable.The rooms were spacoius and bed comfortable. The breakfast menu and the people in the restaurant were really good and intuitive.

Though there was a kitchen there were no utensils except plates.One bathroom window did not have the curtain
