Hierapark Thermal & SPA Hotel

Actually we were a little bit confused because of the others reviews. But when we come here - in the middle of nowhere :) - we were amazed... After more than 5 hours driving the hotel welcomed us so cosy and comfortable that we just like it from first sight. Everywhere is super clean. The room is big enough - double and single bed. We took deluxe double room for 2 adults and one child for 100eur for accommodation with dinner and breakfast. It's a huge hotel with a lot of swimming pools - inside and outside. Sometimes it could be overcrowded, but the place is enough. The restaurant is comfy and with beautiful view. The nature spring and thermal pool with mineral water is splendid. There is a variety of food, not great, but OK. It is just 2 km from North gate to Pamukkale, but it's better to use the central entrance. But have in mind that the swimming area is great, the garden, the sunsets, the program every night - live music, belly dancing... Plan at least 2 nights here!

The tap water is not 🚫 for drinking, but it's typical for a lot of regions. There is bottled water in the room for welcome and it's available for free at dinner and breakfast. We like everything in this hotel :)

Hotel had an indoor and outdoor thermal spa- we used the indoor one along with friends and family. late night check in was fast. Breakfast could be better considering the different type of tourists. Dinner was included in package and was fine. walkable distance to the market where you can get souvenirs, swimming dresses, fruits, drinks, etc. Limited options nearby for the food. room / bath area was spacious. good for a short stay.

Excellent thermal pools and massage options

Breakfast location was nice but the fare was pretty sub standards compared to all the other hotels we stayed at . Dinner buffet was equally uninspiring. Felt like the waiters were waiting for us to leave. And they didn't have new water bottles every day. Surprising for a place that prides itself as a health retreat.

excellent thermal pool, good aircon, good wifi, food is simple and good overall, afternoon tea is a nice touch. rooms at the back are nice and quiet.

Despite quite a few shortcoming, the welcoming staff, the decent food, the nice thermal mud bath with a view, the spacious and clean room, the ambience all made up for those. We enjoyed the stay and a more private experience as the place was under-booked due to Covid and the off season for tourism. I especially want to compliment the restaurant manager and the front desk lady for being utterly helpful, kind, and friendly. Definitely enjoyed the thermal bath at sunset - what a view to see! I would recommend.

Well designed and lit at first sight, the room felt a bit lackluster once we took a closer look at the details. The LED strips were detached from the installation groove at places; the bed was really uncomfortable; the water boiler had tea bag from previous tenants inside; the bed was awkwardly places as they tried to fit one double and one single bed into a space clearly designed for one bed centered at the headboard; the slippers were so thin that it felt like wearing a plastic bag. Finally, the thermal mud bath could have been warmer.

Grace period to be given for breakfast and dinner.As we went out and returned half an hour late,Counter closed and dinner was denied.otherwise food was fantabulous

The hotel has its own thermal pool, which is very relaxing and good for health. Only outdoor pools were opened due to the pandemic. Also, we went to the hammam, but it was nothing special and not hot enough (we came during the last working hour). The staff is nice, but nothing personal, just polite. The room was great, spacious, and nice-furnished. Big free parking.

Russian music all evening and drunk Russians who wanted to play their music very loudly until 11 pm. Breakfast was organized with self-serves, even if it was prohibited due to covid. Big variety of everything - eggs, pastries, Nutella - but no fruits and normal coffee, only Nescafe.

I liked termal pool, room and other hotel facilities. They are very well thought through and designed.

Breakfast and reception service could have been better. Also for some reason, our room service was always around 3-4 p.m. which was inconvenient for us.

Bathroom basin water was very salty and the bath tub was little slippery
