Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Mardin

it was amazing i loved everything it was clean comfortable it would be more amazing if they had bigger TV in the room beside that it was super. i will definitely stay again there for my next trip

they have the best gym ever in all the hotels i have been in entire Turkey i wish they keep it for 24 hours open the breakfast was very good and it had options. they have indoor and outdoor pool which mean you can still swim in winter in the indoor pool, not only that but they have timing for only ladies and a time for mixed which I thought it was awesome.

the rooms are big and comfortable. The AC is working very well. Staff is really helpful. International standards hotel except from the disco music at the pool all day long loud and irritating.

The music too loud at the swimming pool. Impossible to relax. It's just like a disco and nobody wants to turn it down. The staff explained it was the concept of the hotel. Then we should be advised beforehand and before booking this hotel that there is live and loud music at the swimming pool all day long. It starts at 10am until evening and we can hear it from the rooms too. It is really annoying and this shouldn't happen in a Ramada hotel. NO staff speaking correct English, difficult to make ourselves understood. Expensive breakfast, nowhere to go and eat breakfast around.

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Spacious twin room. Handy location for driving/parking. We were worried about parking for an old town location hotel and this was much easier, and then an easy taxi trip to the centre costing 45-60TL. We had hamam and massage and both very good and decent value. Breakfast was good but not amazing - standard hotel buffet.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The hotel garden is very romantically decorated. The hotel is clean, tidy, as you would expect from a global brand.

The hotel's surroundings are still under construction. The hotel is far from both the modern and historic city centre.

Breakfast was very good and for each day their menu had something new.

1.In-room dining service added a lot of confusion with listed price and even the dish, and this can be due to understanding between languages. 2.Also since we had checked in very late the hotel reduced our days of stay ,though we got a cost cut in that regard, had a confusion at check-in for breakfast on the day of our arrival. 3. The mattress could be better.

Very clean, easy to access compared to Mardin's other hotels in the citadel. Staff are nice & welcoming.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, very friendly staff/ employees. Rooms are very clean.
