The rooms, the breakfast, cleaning are super good. The bathroom, heating, furniture super. Location is very close to the center 2 km, I walked it 20 min. It is good that the breakfast begins at 6,30. The rooms have nice tea. Very big space in the rooms, the rooms have a view to the beautiful mountains of Erzincan - Munzur. I am not sure that there is better hotel in Erzincan.
The guilty is not in the personal. The problem was in the work with documents. I ordered for 951 trl or 98 euro. But there they first eanted from me 1500 trl or 130 euro. After many conversations and after I showed my printed on paper confirmation they took from me just 98 euro. The same with breakfast. I have paid the breakfast. They did not believe me and send me to the room to search again my printed papers to show them that i have paid breakfast. I dont know what it would be if i did not have printed confirmations. ..

Breakfast was fine but no options for eggs apart from. Would have like to have seen scrambled eggs and meneman.

A nice hotel a bit far from the center. Great breakfast and dinner choice; room is big and clean, has a bathtub; easy parking lot, view on mountains.
