The service during breakfast, lunch and dinner needs to be improved. There was too little staff for the number of people eating. Most of the workers were sweet but seemed too stressed out and this made it difficult for them to be of proper help. In terms of food, there was a lot of options and for the majority of the day food was available to eat, including two snack times. The parking lot was another issue. It was too small, we had to park our car outside of the hotel .

unfortunately this is my 3rd time at this hotel, but I struggled with the WIFI signals since you enter your room it will disconnect, also , if you asked for king size bed the only thing they do is but two small beds together, the AC is hot specially at night.

The dinner was low quality, poorly cooked. Fortunately the desserts were very good. The other thing I did not appreciate is that even though we were half board, the water was charged.

the last morning we got up for breakfast before 8, the food was excellent. pretty poor for the other days when we went down at 9. evening food was good but not inspired.

The buffet was fine, a bit repetitive. I guess we were off-season so parts of the buffet were unused and covered. They were great for local food, so-so for Western food. Minimal snacks between meals. Room was fine , hallways were pitch dark! Like 2W LED bulbs every 15 feet.

The quality of the room is exceptional. I opted for the all-inclusive package and I was delighted with the restaurant's high quality and the variety of meals offered. The entertainment activities are diverse and abundant. Overall, I am very pleased with this experience, and in fact, I have already made a reservation for next year.

There are two aspects that could be improved: the parking situation, as it is quite challenging to find a parking spot, and the poolside seating, which requires waking up early to reserve a spot by the pool.

The staff is excellent, and all seem to take pride in their work. at all. There were no extra blankets or pillows in the room. The food was very good. I really loved breakfast with all kinds of well-made choices. The traditional tea cafe is a great place to hang out and the entire hotel is really clean and comfortable to sit and relax.

The room had some issues that I hope they will attend to in the future. The bed was to be a double bed but was simply two twin beds pushed together. Both the twin mattresses were very old and there were peaks and valleys in the bed making it impossible to lay next to your partner while you sleep. The pillows were flat and really not comfortable and there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room. This normally would not be a big deal, but for this price point of hotel in Tunisia, you might expect better.

Room was very clean, cleaned daily. Nice sea view. Food was very tasty. We enjoyed the Tunisian evening very much, especially the food and the show in the evening. LOVE cafe Maure, shisha excellent, great service, especially Mr.Wassim was most helpful.

Public bathroom ( next to the restaurant and near the reception very dirty:( Old worn out carpet in the Halls on the way to our room. Dirty glass door with fingerprints everywhere. Also elevator panel dirty and not cleaned for several days:( Thallaso area clean, but towel robes didn't feel clean and I'm not sure how the slippers were disinfected.

Hospitality (very professionnel young lady named Mouna have me all the tips I need to have a perfect stay ...I do appreciate her hard work helping all the customers) Front desk Staff also very prompt and professional. Every one else working hard to exceed expectation of the customers which is very appreciated.
