All The Staff, The Breakfast & Dinner Food, was fabulous, "Muhammed," my Waiter, My Room & Balcony, The Animation at Night , "Hoda" " The Beach Boys " Bilal" & " Edel" & "Anwar" The Room Cleaners ," Besma," & " Manel " Fabulous Pool, The Spa & Jacuzzi , The very Informative Receptionists, Brahim, & Bessem, Wonderful Decorations throughout the Hotel, theres even an Ancient Tuk Tuk to bring you to the Beach ! A 4 min. Walk! Wheres theres a Bar/ Restaurant, & Umberellas, Sun Beds!

,"The Public " area of the Beach , shamefully very dirty, some locals just leave all there waste food, beer cans, water bottles, behind when they leave! But all the Hotels clean there areas every morning ! The unnecessary RIP offs in the Local Markets , crazy overpriced goods, theres NO Control by the Local Council Authorities, be it in Markets, or Street Cleaning, appalling rubbish litter the roads from the Airport, to ones Resort! I rest my case ,

Alhambra hotel has an interesting architecture and design, inspired by the Medieval Moorish Architecture. The staff is really kind and always eager to help. The food at the restaurant is really flavorful and has a wide variety of tastes. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The only reason I am not giving it a 5 stars is because I have witnessed many times some members of the staff smoking inside the Hotel's premises. Some customers did it too, despite having children and elderly people around. This is against Tunisian laws and shouldn't be tolerated.

It was a gated hotel. I arrived in a rental vehicle so obviously, I had to locate my reservations to get past the sentry. So security is very tight. It was a short walk to the beach from the hotel. The breakfast (provided) was exceptional. The amount and quality of the food amazed me. Great coffee for the morning. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The staff really didn't explain how to access some of the amenities like the fitness center. And, I didn't order any meal with my reservation so, at first, I felt like I was getting the "cold shoulder" from the receptionist at the reservation desk. Why do I think this? Because the receptionist made a comment about me not having a meal plan. I'm not sure if she expected me to add it in at that time? Maybe I'm mistaken though.

The rooms are spacious and there is a big variety of good food. Private beach available at a short walking distance. Early breakfast service. The servers were all very kind and helpful. The lobby and decorations in the hotel are beautiful.

Although there were kind and helpful people around (like the guy who helped for early breakfast service), some people at the reception were already bothered before we even asked a question (I asked 3 questions in total during a stay of 5 days, mainly about the missing towels :)). The cleaners take the towels in the morning without replacing them. We often found ourselves without towels. They don't come back unless you ask about it at the reception.

Fabulous hotel with a nice spa service. The colors are warm and match the Alhambra ambiance. The staff is amazing, very kind and attentive. The food is delicious, fresh and they have a great variety. The times we arrived last minute (or even too late) at the buffet they always made sure we had a chance to eat and didn’t made it uncomfortable at all.

Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. The front desk Mr Bessam was amazing very helpful person, the amazing room size sea view from the balcony was stunning, we enjoyed the full board open buffet at the restaurant tasty food lovely stuff, the F&B manager Mr Habib, and Hannah a lovely roll model, verry helpful, definitely recommend this hotel.

Service was excellent and good choice of food at meal times. Pool and beach areas were good

Sun beds by the pool were very close together and The cocktails from the machine all tasted the same

Room was comfortable, nice to have a balcony. So many facilities it was a short walk to the beach, pool in the courtyard, spa, lovely breakfast and dinner, buffet style. We ended up going back after a couple of days, and stayed for 2 additional nights. The spa was great, and staff helpful in booking transport and a day trip to sightsee.

My stay was too short, I would have liked to stay longer.

I liked the service so much! They’re all friendly and super nice! the food was tasty and well organised.

I didn’t like how the cleaning women didn’t respect the fact that i was putting do not disturb and they kept knocking and one of them even entered without asking for permission!
