Four Seasons Hotel Tunis

Very satisfied with the hotel facility and the staff.

Room was not ready at arrival @ 3 pm. I would have liked that the room was ready at arrival

Beautiful property. Very helpful staff. lovely pool. Very mellow atmosphere, no noise. Beach outstanding! Fine sand, no rocks in the water, very conveniently close to rooms, clean, no extra charge for chairs / cabanas, ber safe and private, life guard on site. Absolutely appreciated the free water bottles in the room and you can tell the staff tries hard to make the guests feel comfortable and happy - all very kind people!

Room smelled musty which I'm sure has to do with the humid climate bit it was a bit too much. While the room was clean, it wasn't quite as super clean as I expect from a Four Seasons. In times post-pandemic they should wipe door handles, light switches, glass doors etc more thoroughly, e.g. don't want to see other people's fingerprints on the glass door of the toilet. Also they should vacuum the rugs & floors better.

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. Breakfast buffet selection is vast and delicious, as you should expect at a Four Seasons. Food at the other restaurants (The Creek and Blu) was excellent with a good selection of wine and cocktails.

Service is good but might not be necessarily at the level you expect from a Four Seasons (after 10 days in Tunisia, I think this might be more of a comment about Tunisian hospitality industry in general and not of Four Seasons in particular). My only complain would be that they don't have a restaurant for dinner where you can eat mainly Tunisian cuisine. As a foreign tourist, those are some of the experiences we like to travel for.

We loved everything about our stay, the room was spacious and we'll decorated, the food was exceptional, the staff were very welcoming. I would like to say a special thanks to Ahmed (Manager at the Blu restaurant) he was very friendly and always recommended great food, Tamer (beach) he was so accommodating, Mohammed at the Alysse Restaurant was so friendly. All the reception staff were great especially Donia. The gym staff, the Spa facilities were great, Saeda gave us a great Hammam experience. The Creek restaurant staff were fantastic and made out anniversary dinner so special. Amira the Assistant to the GM left us with a fantastic last impression.

Very friendly and supportive front desk operators. Nice room with a good view and comfortable bed. Very nicr room service. Calm and good atmosphere. Supportive and helpful team indoors and outdoors.

The repetitive disturbance, at 17:30 some one came to check the mini bar !. For me this is strange. 10 minutes later and a day before the check out date a call telling which time are you checking out. Sounded like hotel wanted to rush us out day before or as early as possible. Did not sound nice and insisting to know is not actually proper. Time of checking out is up to the guest as long as it is within the specified time. Thank you.

Great facilities with spacious rooms, very nice outdoor and indoor pools. The spa is very well managed with nice treatments menu, great gym and caring staff. The hotel has as well an on site kids club which is very convenient. Really liked the in-room dining experience for day to day meals with a great selection of dishes and a fast service. But also for a one-off treat with custom menu from the chef and fully decorated room for special occasions. Special thanks to the Concierge and in-room experience teams who were lovely. We will definitely come back.

Service is a bit lacking and inconsistent sometimes especially at rush hour as the hotel was full. Check-in experience could be improved. The kids club could have more activities (sports or crafts) supervised by the team.

The spa and pools were incredible and staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Great central location. Rooms were comfortable and clean with all amenities we would expect from a four seasons. Overall a really beautiful hotel we would return to.

Kids club was disappointing and food selections were limited because so many dishes had pork or alcohol. Otherwise we really didn't have anything to complain about.

I generally love Four Seasons properties across the world. But this one was truly special, everyone from the reception to the bus boys, to the spa staff & cleaning staff made it an exceptional stay for us. Ahmed at reception helped with every small request, Amel Mstefa and her manager made sure our rooms were perfectly cleaned and beautiful daily! The property decor is just beautiful and one of a kind and in keeping with the dessert & historical theme. The in house restaurants were great we tried both Creek & Azur and Spa facilities & treatments are superb. The saline pool was also beautiful. If I return to Tunis, this is where I will stay!

Excellent well designed resort with big area. Large size well equipped room. Very comfortable bed. Well trained and attentive staff. Great food. Fantastic arrangements for the New Year’s gala dinner. Well done.

Better do not go out to the beach to avoid disappointment - not cleaned during winter.

Rooms were comfortable, elegant and large. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and spent lots of time out there taking in the view. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the experience was top. We also enjoyed the spa and did the hammam which was a truly unique experience.

The only comment I would add is that I wish there were more local food options on the menus both in room service and the restaurants throughout the hotel - it's very Western.
