Lobby is safe as of all guests have to pass by. Swimming pool is quite easy to access the guest can comfort using it. Breakfast has full option of food. Staff is helpful and response quickly. The design comfort with UD design from designer.

Seminar room and visitors access on same route as well as area is mixed. Therefore swimming pool is a good example of not privacy zone. Most of the area fabric with tiles then a bit noisy from trolley.

Amazing hotel, centrally located and right near a night market. Room is fitted with a very comfortable bed, smart tv and fast Wi-Fi which is suitable for working online (zoom and everything worked perfectly) Restaurant in the hotel with delicious food for a really good price.

Close to mall, night market right out the side, massage and 7/11 nearby. Breakfast is ok much option for western. There was a university young group there the night we were there so a little noisy. This is the third time we have stayed there.

If busy can hear doors shut and hallway noise. Pool is out front but bushes give you privacy.

The location is perfect. The hotel is in the city center close to everything - hospital, market, food. The room was clean and comfy. The wifi was excellent since the router sits in the room.

Only a little inconvenience at the Breakfast area which prevents our group from sitting together. Even they asked for breakfast time pre-booking, the problem still cannot be managed.

Good location next to night food market where there is great food. Clean rooms with fantastic super size king bed that was beyond our expectations. Fresh bed linnen en comfy soft bed mattress. We slept like babies :)

1) Just a few practical recommendations to add in the rooms: - a rack or shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletry bag on - a mirror in the room - wall outlet next to kettle - extra towels (small ones) 2) the hallway on the 4th floor was not properly clean

Good clean rooms, friendly staff, swimming pool.

Breakfast was disappointing. Small choice and the cooked food was cold because the bain marie's weren't on. No salt, pepper, serviettes or condiments on the tables. No hand soap in the room.

Perfect for an overnighter. Spotless. Next to the Nightmarket, a big plus! Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet more than adequate. Great coffee.

Minor details. A handsoap and small towel. Tea, sugar and coffee sachets. Not a big deal for me but small things easily added.

The property had sizeable rooms, beds and pool. It was also cleaned daily

The canteen area was often not able to be used

Great location, enjoyed the pool, breakfast is good! There is a market right outside the door starting at 4pm every day, massage across the street and laundromat very close too!
