- Good Wi-Fi coverage on all territory of hotel (speed around 20 Mbit/s, symmetric) - Comfortable room and bed - Big bathroom - Free water - Helpful and kind manager on reception - Not intrusive cleaning at the morning (offer you cleaning if you need it) - Microwave oven on reception and boiler with hot water - Many caffe, shops and market close to hotel

- No power sockets near one side of the bed - On the first room we booked was broken air conditioner (making loud noise). At the morning manager changed our room on another one and promised to fix air conditioner - In one of our room the heater in the bathroom was not working well

I like the deco and also the quite & relaxing space. People are nice and really much helful. Still remember the auntie who helped with water at night, she is so friendly and supportive. Just a bit different in culture, I think, here not available hair dryer in the room, however, we could request the staff and they would give it.

People smoke in the common space, the smell makes us feel so headache and not really like to stay in common space

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much we extended it twice. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious with all the little details you would hope for ( stayed in 2 room types). The pool is lovely, it was never to busy and was a great place to relax. The hotel offers free coffees and tea which we thought was a nice touch. The wifi was strong and the air conditioning was the best we have had so far on our 4 month trip around Asia. The hotel is in a nice location about 20\30 mins walk from the beach, drinking streets and main part of Pattaya however a taxi was only about £2.50 so we walked there and got a taxi back. Its nice being able to get away from the busier areas to relax. I would say this would be a great place for anyone really but families i think would really enjoy it. Its the staff that really made our stay. They are great hosts and great people. The main man on the reception (Noy i belive) was funny, kind and super helpful and an overall brilliant guy! He is still learning English but with a little sign language we had great conversation and he really added to the enjoyment of our stay. This is the same for all of the staff, just a great collection of people. Thank you for a great stay and introduction to Pattaya, memories we will keep forever.

Only that you need to remember your English is better than our Thai - believe in yourself Noy, what I didn't say is I am an English teacher. There was nothing we didn't like apart from needing to leave!

Excellent staff who went out of their way to help; clean fresh room/Swimming Pool. Competitive rates. My Thai Girlfriend said it was The Best Hotel she had stayed in - in Pattaya.

Everything was cool!! Absolutely nice and lovely staff!! Good rooms, good bed, clean pool. We sleep all time to long, but cleaning the room in the afternoon always no problem if needed!!! We didn't know before, but it was a lucky choice and a nice time here,...thanks for the 3 weeks, we wish it could be longer!! Definitely come again!!! Warm regards.Sven,Maciej and Richie.

Nothing .....

Just a lovely little place, nice a quiet but still close enough to walk down to the busy beachfront or get the taxis that run up and down the road. They keep tea and coffee going in the main area all day which is lovely. The pool is fantastic you just need it to cool down it was much nicer that I expected. Our room was very nice we had a double and a single bed the linen was fresh and clean the beds so comfy and it was spotless we had a fridge safe box and TV. Highly recommend stato here if you are in Pattaya and want somewhere quiet and clean it ideal for families

Great aircon, great room size, friendly staff. I booked the top room so got balcony and lounge area as well. Water in room. Great pool and temperature. Hotel all good all round.

Location. Unfortunately not as close and convenient to beach road as I thought , though only 5 min , 60 baht motorbike ride to beach road so not really a minus.🙂.

There are cockroaches in every room

Nice resort with swimming pool. Helpful staff (My room's air conditioner was cooling slowly and the issue was resolved by staff witrhin few hours) Quiet location (I am a light sleeper, I had no problems sleeping at night because of no traffic noise or loud music from bars). Mattress was comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard. Nice parking space in the resort. Complimentary tea or coffee every morning. Great value for money.
