Ploen Place Residence

To our surprise the room was pretty huge. Nice location and area. Few minutes walk to the beach. Complete basic amenities. The most unforgettable moment of our trip happened here and that is I left valuable things from the safe box but lo and behold I was able to get it in complete piece, very honest & commendable staffs!

The space of the room, the bed, the microwave, the fridge, the table with the two chairs, the balcony, the staff at the front desk, the overall ambience.

Wifi is a little slow, the lock still uses keys instead of electronic cards. No basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste (I know it's not environmentally friendly but just saying). The AC gets a little bit loud.

This is the first time I have stayed at Ploen Place, however it will definitely not be the last, situated away from the busy night life area's but conveniently close to a choice of shopping outlets and eating places. Clean communal area's, Clean and daily serviced room, very polite and helpful Staff.

There isn't a breakfast there. The distance was a OK. So near to terminal 21 and the beach. There are for 20 bahts bus ..its so easy to go anywhere.

Almost everything is good..to make a rooms better isolated each other from the noise..

Place was real value for money, i booked for 1 day and ended up staying 3, very comfortable and accommodating with friendly staff, within walking distance from the malls, restaurants and beach. Very convenient. Coffee and tea facilities, microwave,kettle and fridge in the room. Place was clean and inviting

Some noise could be heard by guest walking towards their room, however not the owner problem or fault

Everything is good, except the parking entrance poles. I love hotels where the rooms have a balcony. A big fridge and a microwave makes this place feel like home.

Everthing is so good here. But if I have to dislike something about this place, that would be the steep slope of the parking entrance/exit where they put poles in the middle for lane separation. I had stayed here before they put up the poles, and I was there at the time when they were setting up the poles. I told them it will be troublesome for lower cars, as lower cars will need to approach the slope at an angle. And my car DID scrape the slope because I didn't have the approach angle from having to avoid the poles! For heaven's sake, take the poles out!

Good location, not far from the beach near terminal 21 and central marina. The parking lot is small but able to park at Central Marina. The room is spacious, clean. There are kettles, microwaves, and refrigerators.

Staff was very good, Reception was very helpful

This is a hidden gem in the heart of central Pattaya. Nothing fancy about it but it has everything you need.

The heater for the shower did not work. Having cold water was a little uncomfortable for taking warm shower. Everything else was splendid.
