Jomtien Beach Residence

The apartment is conveniently located on Soi 9 just 3 minutes to the busy beach front shops and yet it is quiet and peaceful at night.

The queen bed is small to get good sleep for the two of us. We don't like the air conditioning that was loud at night right on top of the bathroom door. This unit has no view except an abandoned yard with long grass, not once did we sit at the balcony. One of the older security guards was not friendly at all and rather insinuating looks whenever he saw me together with my white partner! Or choose to totally ignore me when I walked past alone as if I owe him some sort of explanation!

It's on soi 9 back off beach Rd about 150m from beach and quiet.

Great spot for us as close to our family.

Couldn't have visitors,as wife had just had a medical procedure, our plan was for her mother to come and spend time with her, freeing me up in the daytime to get a break and get out of the room. Would of been nice to know in advance. Staff were great,place great,had a good stay otherwise.

Perfect for someone who prefers ( like myself) self catering. Large spacious apartment - two TV's - two air cons - decent view and large balcony - stones throw from the beach, bars and restaurants. No 24 hour assistance. Could be a problem, if you have a problem. Should be paying people to provide 24 hour assistance to the two apartment blocks and its many guests. Fantastic apart from that

I liked the area in proximity of the beach. Only stayed one night.

The furnishings were a little dated. However we stayed only one night so it served its purpose very well.

Jomtien Residence was very conveniently located to restaurants, the beach and the night market. The apartment we were in was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was great. It was also fairly quiet as it is located on a less busy street.

The bed was uncomfortably hard and we often did not have hot water for showering.

Very clean and comfortable,150 mts from the sea front,bars and restraunts.would highly recommend.

Wasn't anything to "not like",just not 5 star but you couldn't expect 5 star for the costs involved. Overall,a very pleasant stay and will visit again if i'm in the area.

Good size one bedroom apartment . Quiet location only 100 metres from beach road . Furniture a little dated but still great value.

Hot water or lack of it . Most of the time I had no hot water at all so showers could be somewhat bracing .From other reviews the water appears to be a recurring problem. The bath with shower curtain needs updating to a more modern walk in shower

We stayed in a spacious and homely apartment, located about one hundred meter from the beach. The front desk staff is really helpful and friendly, as are the housekeeping staff and the property’s security guards.

Great location, very close to the beach and the Jomtien night market for a great selection of food to eat or take away.

Shower and bath are together, it would be a challenge to get in and out if you had mobility issues.
