The Pineapple Hotel

The breakfast was good, really nice jam for a change! Our room was very nice and clean with a balcony with direct access to the pool. The facilities were working fine, good air-conditioning and everything you could need available in the room. The location was also very convenient as there were a lot of restaurants in walking distance and a 7-11 right next door. It is a bit far from the town (where the night market is) though. Definitely a very very good accommodation for that price!

There were not many sunbeds and no cushions for them either at the pool. The coffee at breakfast is just instant coffee. Something was wrong with the sink in the bathroom, there was almost no water coming out of the tap.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, room was big and clean, gym and pool were good. Had everything we needed. Quiet place and a short walk from everything in the town. Also 7-11 next door which was very handy.

We needed an early taxi and was organised by the hotel but it was very very expensive, 600bhat for a 10-15 minute journey is crazy.

Nice clean hotel, room was very spacious, got really good sleep as the beds were so comfortable, the standout by far though were the staff, always friendly and seemed to go above and beyond what would be expected, front of desk all spoke really good English and were always on hand to help with any issues you had, from helping you with any information you need of the area to organising trips and travel.

Don't have a great deal negative to say about the place, if anything the gym was a little under equipped, enough so you can have a workout but could have been better.

It’s true that it is far from the center, which is okay, but around you could not find as many things as we expected. In any case we had a lovely time there

Clean room, daily water. tea coffee. clean towels and bedding when required.

Bed to hard for me, although huge. no restaurant in service. Staff taking photos of misleading fictional guests with delicious guest trays of food, and cocktails when only alcohol for sale was beer. Several families allowed their children to be unsupervised jumping in off wall. small child in pool naked, not hygienic for obvious reasons.

the pool was amazing and the room was big and comfortable. there is a 7 eleven right outside the hotel which is super convenient .

there isn’t anything interesting to do around the hotel, and we really struggled to find a place to eat that was near it. plus, some tours charged us extra to pick us up from the hotel.

Great place to stay, all the staff are professional and friendly. Amenities are excellent, aspecially the pool, the hotel is about a ten minute walk into the heart of Krabi town. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and street food venders.

The pool is really nice and clean. Comfortable, very large room with a big balcony. I liked how it was decorated. The walk to the center of Krabi town takes apx 15 min next to a large road.

There could be more choice for breakfast. You cannot use the bathtub as a bathtub, only as shower.

We didn't eat breakfast. The location was a little out of town, but for the price very nice. The best part was the staff - they were EXCELLENT. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Bath was out of service.
