Samui Verticolor

Really nice hotel! Rooms very spacious and beds comfortable. Room cleaned every day so fresh sheets, towels etc provided every day. The pool area is really nice & well maintained with a good bar & pool towels provided. Lots of restaurants/shops etc as you head left & right out of the hotel. Really good value for money! Really enjoyed our stay.

No complaints, location wise it’s probably a good 15-20 minutes until you hit the busiest part of the town but we knew that before we booked. Very handy to hop on one of their taxi trucks if needs be for about €2.

I was here 17 days , very nice staff, in my room everything was good. Very good, big swimming pool with good price beer. Around this location you can find everything what you need ( shops, laundry, bike rental, local food, massage , cheap market + 7/11, about 10 minutes walking to the beach). Verticolor is well organised hotel.

Staff very friendly, our air conditioning broke, the maintenance team fixed it straight away Lovely pool area with free towels Gym good with a variety of weights and dumbbells, air conditioning could have been better Treadmill set for 20 minutes (we couldn't change settings) Breakfast good variety, ordered omelette or fried eggs Checked in before 2pm which was a bonus 10 minute walk to beach, big supermarket behind the hotel and 7-11 5 minute walk from hotel too

The pool and staff were incredible. Good location, not great. Close to the beach and good restaurants around, but farther away from downtown Chaweng. Which we knew going in so no score drop because of that. Good tiny gym to use, but gets crowded. Staff were so polite and helped with everything we needed. Supercheap located right behind the facility that’s open 24/7 for snacks and whatever else you need.

Only reason it doesn’t get a 10 was because the wifi didn’t work in our room where we were situated. It worked everywhere else though just fine.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great swimming pool, good service at the pool. Price for the room and drinks/food was very good compared to other hotels. The staff at the swimming pool were great, always up for a chat (even with limited English) and knew most of the time exactly what we wanted to order. We'll definitely be back next time!

There were some minor things which didn't work in the room. For example the fan in the bathroom and the balcony door didn't lock. The poolside bar was also sometimes suddenly closed earlier, we wanted to order some food around 3 PM, but they mentioned the kitchen closed early that day. Wasn't that much of a problem, we just communicated with the staff until what time was possible and ordered on time.

Rooms were very clean and spacious, with good air conditioning. They also provided complimentary drinking water each day. Nice big pool with a good value bar and tasty food. Staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted us with booking a taxi to the ferry port.

The location was slightly too far from the centre, especially if you were walking in the heat during the day. However, taxis do pass by fairly regularly and can take you to the centre for a good price.

The room was great. AC was nice. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was nice and the availability of a gym was a plus.

Gyms AC wasn't working so it was quite difficult to train under those conditions. Reception staff wasn't very helpful at all, mainly because english language was super limited. This seemed to apply to every staff member. Cleaning staff was awesome though. Breakfast was good but eggs were made fresh and while they were well done and "unlimited", it took quite a while for them to make it in the back kitchen every time (even if there were no other guests and you ordered a simple sunny side up egg).

Great size deluxe studio with Sea views for a family of 4. The hotel is far enough from Central Chaweng & main street to be away from any noise. The pool is so big for a central location. We only intended on 2 nights but extended for another 2 as it was really good value for money.

The baby pool was not cleaned. The pool area needed cleaning last thing at night or first thing in the morning to remove rubbish and towels from the night before, which I ended up doing myself one morning. The gym was handy but needs some new equipment. Breakfast was basic for 200baht per person and no eggs/omelette to order. Only 1 lift working on check in and then 2nd lift went defective on day 2/3 leaving us having to walk down 6 flights of stairs with 2 children. A door on the 6th floor was left unlocked onto the roof that had sheer drops all the way down to the ground.

The hotel was very modern and it even has a fitness centre which I was missing! We had been staying in cheap guest houses and changing to this hotel was luxury for us. The room was spacious and they make it every day with a change of towels. It's s great location, minutes walk from the main busy road and the beach.

The swimming pool water was as hot as a pot of soup :(

Stayed for four nights, Lovely clean pool. loads of sun loungers. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was 200 TBH for buffet, wasn’t bad at all. room safe for your stuff if needed. across from a mini mart! would defo stay again . nice basic accom. Gym room was good but had no air con but has some fans

the pool bar closed at random times despite being advertised open untill 18:30 pm. little far out from main strip however easy to get taxis so not a problem for us. you can walk to a smaller area , about 5/10 mins has restaurants /spa etc.
