Super clean and well located Hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful, stored my luggage almost one whole day at the reception. Could use the hotel area until my departure time with no extra charge. Breakfast was good, as a vegan being always hard to find food but the selection was good and adequate. Coffee/Water/Biscuit the whole day.

The staff was very friendly. They always tried to help us with everything. We had an amazing time at i-river. A little paradise in the middle of Chang Mai. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is nearly perfect. It has a great pool, a convenient and tasty breakfast, a wonderful view likely from all of the rooms.

The hotel could use some updating. There was an enormous red stain on my mattress revealed after the sheets came free. I assumed someone spilled some wine on the bed, but the hotel should replace the mattress. Aside from this, the flooring/carpeting could use some updating. Rooms could use a microwave as a finishing touch.

The hotel is secluded and peaceful right by the river. But it is close enough to walk to the main night market area across the Iron Bridge. In addition to 24 hour coffee and bottled water availability and western breakfast, a local dish is always provided - nice touch. Bathrooms are exceptional. Security is good. There are also local restaurants and the Rimping Supermarket close by. The pool looks inviting.

Most rooms do not have a window. There is no proper working space in the room for a laptop. Although coffee is available, I miss not having a kettle. The pool is open from 9 am. It is a little too late for me since by 9am I am at the office.

The location on the banks of the Ping River is incredible. I wish I has planned to hang out around the hotel. Instead I was out everyday. Once you enter the hotel, you are in an enclosed 'secret' garden with the river flowing past. The breakfast - a selection of local Thai food and western cereals, etc. was great. Machine brewed coffee and biscuits/cookies available around the clock is an excellent idea. A great supermarket, five eating places - different budgets, styles and palates are within 5 minutes on foot (including one across the river accessible via the iconic 'Iron Bridge' Khualek).

The swimming pool could be opened earlier. 9 am to 9 pm is not good enough. I would suggest 6 am to 9 pm. By 9 am, I am already out of the hotel either for work or leisure. The room I got had no windows - could be claustrophobic for some people.

This was our 3rd trip to Chiang Mai where we stayed at iRiver. We remain very happy with the place, for its riverside location, its cosiness (all rooms are over 2 floors within a minute from the front desk and breakfast area) and its general high level of cleanliness and comfort. The spacious breakfast / poolside area, besides the river, and less than a minute from all the rooms, allows groups of friends to hang out flexibly anytime during the day.

As we stayed 4 nights this time (2 before, and 2 after our trip to other parts of the province), the breakfast became a bit boring. If possible, could there be some variety? For example, instead of pork skewers and sticky rice, maybe change to pork porridge, and for the eggs, change from sunny side up to scrambled?

Nice pool area with awesome river views. Private parking in front of the hotel. Very nice and accommodating staff.

Location is on a heavy traffic street, a bit far by foot from the main tourist area, better to have a car. There is a very noisy bar with live music just in front of the property that goes till 11:00pm. The hotel seems to have a wide range of rooms, from the very noisy ones to the more quiet ones, need to make sure that you book the right one. In our case, the staff was very nice and changed rooms for us after one night as we had a young child who goes to bed early and could not sleep.

The room had a peak of the pool not a full view. The breakfast was great as was the coffee (any time of the day). The room was on the road side which was a bit noisy for a few hours in the evening. The staff were courteous friendly and helpful.

The wifi kept switching from one modem to another and inside our room it was impossible to use.

A ton of water bottles for hotel guests. wonderful. The ABF is good enough for the price. Nice view near the river. Chef is very helpful, nice and good attitude staff. The receptionist boys nice and helpful but not ladies receptionists.

cleanliness needs to improve. first night need to tell them that I feel like bed sheet not watching yet. and second night the bath towels bad smell. Pillows bad smell also.

I have a great time, location at Ping river with nature. I booked the room without window and would to upgrade to window room, they are willing to support me with free of charge. The manager is so supportive, help me to rent motorbike, search the best Kayaking center with only 50bath/time. I am really enjoy and will come back if I have a chance.
