CREW Hotel

Staff & service: exceptional. Very attentive, never had to wait even when it was busy if I had any request. the breakfast buffet/ choice is amazing, free water and fruits /cookies and coffee all day; There is a long breakfast table if u want company but also tables. I have special dietary needs and the chef made sure I had a variety of quality food to eat. Staff was so kind and helped with very good laundry service, taxi rides, rooms are being cleaned whenever requested, towels replaced etc. Very clean & functional rooms/bathroom; free bikes; overall very pleasant ambience & staff seem to be happy which really adds to the experience. Location great too. Would definitely stay again.

great location, easy to walk to different parts of central Chiang Mai

they said they offered bikes which was one reason I was excited to book, but they bikes were in terrible condition and we couldn’t really ride them.

The hotel was brand new and good facilities. The bathroom was clean and the room was very modern. There was free cycles to use in the lobby which was a plus (although there are also paid cycles through an app station outside too). There is complimentary fruit and water and other snacks in the lobby which was very nice. The vibe around the lobby was good with people having lunch and relaxing around the area.

The safe in the property is not fixed on the wall so can be removed easily. The pool was in an awkward place int he middle of the lobby and a very small space for loungers (only two). I understand it is the lack of space. The shower facility in the lobby was not private at all and should have a privacy screen. The breakfast was average, and not many non-meat options. The toaster was difficult and slow to use.

I recently stayed at CREW Hotel in Chiang Mai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located just outside the old town, but it is still within walking distance of many of the major attractions. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure that I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of Thai and Western dishes to choose from. I would definitely recommend CREW Hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Everything is good

Small, very modern, exceptionally well appointed hotel. Offered everything you would need/want. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Wide variety of choice available at breakfast. Unlimited water available. Very good location- set a little back from the main square which meant it was quiet but short walking distance to everything. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Stayed in two different rooms as we decided to extend our stay- first was like a duplex, split over two levels- large bedroom upstairs and with sitting area, bathroom downstairs. Nice to have a chill space but did mean going downstairs to the bathroom during the night, which might not suit some.

Wonderful modern concept hotel close to the inner city but far enough to not be disturbed by any party folk's noise whilst you want to sleep. Complementary water as much as you like, a long and well temperatured indoor pool, magnificant breakfest and a Crew as friendly that it sets standards even for Thai standards. Will definitely come back!

Rooms are a bit poorly soundproofed, but it's okay if you don't have a sleep which isn't too light.

Excellent hotel, with friendly, helpful and accommodating staff, and comps. There are fridges full of water bottles free for guests in reception. We stayed in a duplex room (two floors) with a nice sunset view. It was quite luxurious, modern and clean.

The only negative points I could make are the swimming pool not being very inviting (indoor and next to the reception area) and the fact that the wardrobe in our duplex bedroom (two floors) was downstairs and there wasn’t anywhere upstairs by the bed to put cloths or bags.

The staff were helpful and welcoming. The girl who received us spoke good English. She gave us useful information about the places of interests near the hotel. There were welcome local seasonal fruits in the common area. The room was ready for check in when we arrived. Breakfast was very good with local fares.

There was no kettle in the room. If we need hot water we had to go downstairs common area. Breakfast could start earlier than 7am for guests who need to go off early.

newish hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. My issue with this hotel is management and what they expect from clients. I broke a water glass while brushing my teeth. They want to charge you for that glass. So I asked the staff if they thought that was okay, they were reluctant to answer, so I asked if anyone has ever drop a glass or plate during breakfast service. The answer was yes, do you charge the customer for said item? answer was no. Just leaves a bad taste, for an otherwise great stay.

The breakfast was simple but delicious. The staff was very helpful. The most memorable thing is that we have arrived before check-in time. The staff allowed us to check in earlier and provided us with some light refreshments. Water is available and free to take. Overall a quaint and lovely hotel with the service of a 5 star hotel.

Could hear the corridors even after closing the door. Didnt bother me much.
