Location 3 min walking distance to bus stop that connects you to Interlake OST station. Also just walk down 5 mins to see the beautiful lake near church. Lovely view and good ambiance nearby hotel. Staff also helpful

the bus to Interlaken OST comes every half hour. That sometimes is frustrating. but again you can plan your day accordingly.

1. We only used the property to sleep at night and spend the day exploring Interlaken. Based on that I would say it was a nice place to stay. Small room but clean & comfortable with a large balcony to sit and enjoy the surroundings. There is a coffee machine in the room which was a nice addition. During summer it could get little hot inside as there is no AC only a small table fan. 2. Luckily got the early checkin. 3. You leave the luggage in case early checkin was not possible.

1. If you are using public transport, there is only 1 bus that takes you to and from the hotel and it runs every 30 min till 9:30 PM so one has to plan accordingly and last 2 connection are at 10 & 11 PM. 2. You can hear your neighbors talk since walls are thin but it was not a problem during our stay.

Incredible value for the area. Staff was professional, the room was spacious and clean. Sure, the shower could use some updating, but water pressure and heat were great. Excellent selection of English stations on the tv as well. Bus comes every 30 minutes, always on time and per the schedule. Quiet area just outside Interlaken with a perfect little grocery store across the street. Again, unbelievable value for this part of Switzerland. I would totally stay again.

Door to shower room didn't close the whole way, stairs close to the bedroom were a little noisy, but totally acceptable for the price.

I liked that it was pretty centric and that I could park my car behind the building. The room has nothing special in itself but it had all the basic amenities that I needed for just one night. The environment was calm.

The table lamps weren't working, and I didn't sleep super well because the bed was two mattresses made into one, with a thick topper. Still, the mattress was flatter on the sides than in the middle, which bothered me a bit. I got an email after booking saying that the water for the showers was heated up until 11pm, so I was afraid I would have to shower with cold water after a day in a festival. Thankfully I still had warm water in the end, but with very poor pressure.

It was a very large family room with a separate toilet and shower... but, the sinks were in the main room. A bit strange, but okay for us. The restaurant is convenient and there is a grocery store across the street and ALDI 5 min drive.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, my husband said he kept rolling to one side. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what it is and the location is in a remote kinda area where walking wasn't enjoyable because you can never reach the lake in that location without a huge effort.

A good budget hotel to stay for few days in the Interlaken region. The hotel has two buildings one old and one new. We had the room in the old building (built in 1905). The room was sufficient for two persons and clean, and even had a view to the mountains. The hotel has their own parking space, so one can always find a place to park if you drive there by car. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Food at the hotel was average. We had pizza at the restaurant, as we had arrived late at the hotel, and that was the only option we had. Pizza was very average , which looked and tasted like a ready-made pizza bought from the supermarket. Hence, we decided not to eat there for the next few days. Cannot comment on other food dishes that the restaurant offers, as we did not eat on other days of our stay.

Staff are very friendly with hospitality, helped us to keep our luggages before check-in on the day. Location is also good just close to the lake, and sufficient space for customers parking as well. You can find the good size of store for foods and drinks in front of the hotel.

It was good stay but if anything we need to find we didn't like - it will be great if there is a small fridge in the room (though staff kindly kept our stuff in the fridge of the hotel). And tall fan (there is short fan) will be useful in summer time.

Clean room with a good view of the mountains from the windows. The restaurant serves delicious food and the service is great. Friendly and helpful staff. All over a great experience. Very close to Interlaken ost, easily reachable by bus as there are buses every 20 minutes from Interlaken to rinngenberg.

On every Monday the reception and restaurant closes so it is pretty inconvenient for guests who have to check out, check in or eat at the restaurant. Otherwise a great option to stay near Interlaken

Excellent location, conveniently reachable by bus from Interlaken Ost. The hosts are very cooperative and helpful. They accommodated our modified stay. The grocery store in front of the hotel is a big convenience.

The bathroom sink does not allow water to drain automatically. You have to push a lever to let water drain when water gets accumulated in the sink. It is quite inconvenient. I hope this could be fixed somehow. But it is not a big issue.

Hotel was located little away from the central Interlaken but near to bus stop where we can find bus after every 30 minutes for Interlaken central station. All the transport in the Interlaken was free due to Interlaken pass we were provided through the hotel. Staff at hotel was very co-operative. Rooms were very clean and so the overall environment at the hotel. View from room was excellent. Although the hotel was located at the main road but it was not noisy.

There was nothing we didnt liked.
