Best Western Malmo Arena Hotel

The location was amazing as we could access the train and bus network within 500-700 meters from the hotel. Public transport was great and not so expensive, really suggest taking days pass to enjoy moving around the city without any limitations. Breakfast was very delicious and a great choice for non and veggies. The staff (front desk) was very helpful in finding the right information about the facilities and movement within the area. The room was very good, we are 4 and got a full room with twin beds and an attached small corridor that had bunk beds. The toilet was with all essentials and clean. Bed linen and towels were all white and very clean. We recommend a family stay as the location has lots of attractive places for the little ones.

Very stylish and modern hotel. Good facilities. Close to rail links. Had an evening meal in the restaurant. Excellent food and reasonably priced. Tried the gym it was small but reasonably well equipped. The room and bathroom were cleaned to an excellent standard.

The hot food section of the breakfast buffet was cold. We've had the most amazing breakfasts on our 13-day trip through Denmark, Sweden and Norway. As well as the food being cold, the breakfast lacked as many choices as some other places we have stayed. We were there at the weekend and it was very busy. There did not appear to be enough staff in the breakfast area.

The shower water pressure was excellent. The TV had a nice menu where you could get a lot of info about the hotel, but also the city and the weather. Also the bed was really comfortable and there wasn't a lot of light pollution in the room at night due to the thick curtains, so I slept really well.

Room could've been dusted off a bit better, especially noticeable in corners of the room. Would normally not be a big problem but since I'm sensitive to dust the dust from the corners near the bed caused a bit of irritation. The room and bathroom were otherwise really clean so it's just a bit of nitpicking.

Beds we comfortable but the room was smaller than most I’ve stayed at, but adequate. Bathroom was small also only thing is the shower water leaks into the rest of the bathroom had to used towels to keep it at bay. The a/c would not adjust and there was a draft in the room, had to cover the vent with a towel. The bar on the sixteenth floor was awesome despite the high prices. Lastly, breakfast was more than adequate and I enjoyed the variety of foods provided. One last comment about the personell, they were extremely helpful, kind, professional and cheerful. All-in-all, I highly recommend this hotel for location near the local train station only one stop to the Kopenhagen Airport and a huge shopping center next door.

the hotel; location was excellent.. the area surrounding was so nice, walking distance to a nice mall, and restaurant's. the arcade of hotel provides a wonderful walking path,, the reception was nice.. the room size was reasonable,, and breakfast was well managed although it was always full. i would highly recommend it for families.. very close to Copenhagen-Malmo bridge

We are family of four, 2 adults and two kids and we made a reservation for one room, They upgraded us to two connected rooms for the same price. Bravo!

I did not like that we had to pay for parking garage 70€ for parking outside of the hotel 300 m away from hotel entrance. They could arrange free parking for hotel guests because hotel is located outside of the city center.

Excellent location, close to train station - airport, congress venue, shopping. A bit far away from city centre. Coffee 24/24 at reception, and breakfast available almost at 04.00 am for early departures.

Room size a bit small. No fresh air in the hotel. And apart that salmon could not to be found in this part of Scandinavia, everything else was good.

breakfast - there was a nice continental breakfast dinner - the hotel bar serves excelent pizza`s and mocktails / coctails

The 2 beds in the 4 people room were small. A person of 1.83 meters tall cannot properly sleep on them. the other 2 beds were great. The mugs guide heat like copper guides electricity, and it was a not very comfy experience in the room to burn my fingers on a cup of hot water.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! Easy check in, friendly staff, clean, breakfast was incredible. Best part was eating in the same area as the arena. That was unexpected. You have the shopping mall across from the hotel, city centre was nearby. The beach had free parking and it was a lovely environment. A good experience overall !

Parking was a bit tricky

easy check-in and check-out, friendly stuff, good price for a 4-star hotel, comfortable bed, clean room and adequate room temperature, electric kettle available, location perfect for a short stop while travelling to Denmark

the breakfast was mediocre, although large selection, the quality was not really good for a 4-star hotel, the hotel guide on the TV was helpful but only in Swedish
