Best Western Rådmannen

The hotel room was comfortable, we had places for all our family of 5. The ladies at the reception were extremely kind - gave us all the information and even small presents for our children. The breakfast was so rich, maybe one of the best I've ever had in this kind of hotel. There was a kitchen with a big fridge in the family room as well.

The room was a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, shower had only curtains, not any shower pad or something. We had the kitchen in the room, but no dishes :(

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to park nearby for free and the breakfast was excellent. The room was like a time capsule, the decoration reminded us of the late 1980s, but it was super well kept and very clean and not at all worn down. So it was really a fun perk for us :)

The entrance was smelling like cigarettes since the smoking area was just outside the front door. The ventilation of the room was great but it did operate at a pretty loud volume

Best Western had been my favorite hotel around the world, but sometimes there's glitches, room lock malfunction 2x apparently they were in the process of changing locks but they should have tested our locks prior of occupying when we are driving very far and exchausted the last thing we want is irritated because the lock isn't working. Serving dinner you can improve this better for customer satifaction i felt like i order a child meal when i paid 269 swedish crown for 2"x3" beef with a ice cream scoop of mash potato on top and 6 thinly slices of radish. otherwise this placed is recommendable.

Large room with even a small kitchen, nice bed and bunk bed for the kids. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we have had! Lots of choices for everyone and very tasty. Much value for the money, we will definitely be back!

If anything, perhaps that the wall paper in the shower was a bit worn and loose.

Excellent breakfast! Hotel itself is just okay. Good for us as we usually arrive late and leave early, so perfect for overnight stays. Location is good too. Grocery store and the city center right there.

A bit dated, would need some renovation :)

The breakfast deserves a mention, never been through such a grand breakfast menu in the region. Great mix or meant and vegetarian options. The staff, specially the person who managed the front desk in the evening was an absolute sweetheart.

The facilities, the space, the hall with sofas and coaches. On top of that a breathtaking breakfast, so wide variety and very good quality. It is the best deal in all Sweden I have found.

Old style and furniture.

The total spectrum of quite room, good food, free charging for electric car and the sauna + ping-pong and table football :) they allowed us to check in early which was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpfull .

Nothing really but to name something the shower felt a bit like a garden hose.

I would like to say thank you for a great breakfast!!! There was everything I could dream of. All food was delicious and tasty. I drove over 1000km just to get that prize!!!. I still feel that flavor in my mouth, my eyes can not forget the restaurant and charming waitress...

The woman at the reception was a true gem, she was so sweet and made sure everything was okay. Location is not even a 5 minute walk from central station and has some food options close by.
