Visually and in terms of music (played in every facility: from the bars, through elevators, to the gym) and scent it was top. It's a high standard hotel. The concierge was also helpful in communicating in Korean with vendors.

Localisation is not optimal, not many restaurant options around and it's far from metro. The experience was not consistent - house keeping sometimes provided too few towels, in other days too many. Sometimes the soap was replaced (unnecessary) after just one use. The bed sheets were damaged (a thumb size hole). Hall next to the elevators on my flor (11) was very dirty for a few days. Finally, the a'la carte breakfast experience was poor - as a carnivore person I had to fight for extra eggs (they allow only for 2-egg omlet for instance) and I was successful only in 2/8 times. One time agreed to pay 5000 WON per extra egg which was super annoying. High standard hotel with low standard breakfast service.

This is a beautiful hotel - it feels very luxurious and the rooms are fantastic. The main bar has great 'happy hour' deals early in the evening, and the breakfast service is great. The rooftop bar is definitely a highlight, and the indoor pool is decent. The facilities in the changing rooms are especially great if you want to pamper yourself! I stayed here for a few nights at the end of a two-week holiday in Korea because I wanted to relax and treat myself.

The only downside for me as a solo traveller who likes to explore was the location. Itaewon is such a cool area, but it's 15-minute walk to get from the hotel to bars/shops/restaurants and also to the subway station. Seoul is a safe city so I never felt unsafe walking back to the hotel at night, but it is a little isolated. Also I think asking guests to pay extra for the outdoor pool is a little unfair. The prices at the spa were unaffordable for me, and dining in the hotel restaurants is also expensive so make sure you include breakfast when you make your booking.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the rooftop bar! It had a great view and wonderful cocktails.

It was a bit surprising and disappointing to learn upon arrival that there was a (hefty) additional fee to use the outdoor pool. That wasn't super clear before booking.

Spacious property with first in class gym facilities and pool options. Very convenient for connectivity, in-room service comforts, and attentive staff. Sustainability measures in toothbrush kit provision, available on request. Big king size beds.

Wasn’t within walking distance to public transport train station. However front desk has strong links to taxi accessibility they can help you order, it is convenient and easy. Small thing not critical …with indoor pool and jacuzzi,for sustainability if you already own a swimming cap at home please pack. Swimming caps are common in Asia for public pool use. Otherwise it is 5000 local currency to purchase one if you use the pool.

Beautiful property, very clean, great staff and super central. Iteawon station is 5min walk away and there are plenty or bars cafes for a great night life scene! Be mindful though, shops open between 9 AM and 2 PM and all restaurants close between 8 PM and 10 PM, pubs are open much later…

There is no social smoking area. If you want to smoke, we have to go to the second floor and sit in a quiet little garden with no music and no interaction. The hotel does not offer any place to sit and have a drink and a cigarette or smoke after a meal apart from the prestige bar on the rooftop, which is more of a nightclub scene.

The room and the concept of the hotel (love the furniture) were unique. They have several restaurants at the first floor and a tiny mall in the basement with coffee shops, 7 Eleven and other cute shops. The staff were friendly and professional which made the stay nicer. Slippers and other essentials were included in the room.

First night I had 4-5 mosquitoes in my room which was a little bit annoying as I was bitten and had to wake up at night to catch them. I found it weird that mosquitoes were found in the room given that it was -6 degrees outside. However, I told the staff and they kindly help me put something in the room to help me get rid of the mosquitoes. The room was mostly quiet but the walls are a bit thin but nothing I was bothered by for too long.

Bed was comfortable and soft! The street view is great if you love people watching. Robes to use for the pool, sauna or lounging are convenient. Rooms were clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Design of the bathroom area felt cramped. Doors to the toilet and shower always felt like they were in the way of each other. The music at the entrance makes the hotel feel more like a club as it was a bit too loud. If you don’t get their room packages, you will be paying an abundance of additional fees to use their amenities.

This hotel is seriously cool and trendy, filled with artsy decorations and installations. The staff are incredibly helpful and guided us throughout our stay. Down in the basement, there are a handful of shops and restaurants, but the bookstore stole the show with its fantastic selection for all ages. Breakfast wasn't top-notch; they offered limited choices instead of a buffet like other places. But hey, there are loads of cafes nearby to explore for a morning bite!

Breakfast options at the hotel were a bit limited. Plus, the rooms are on the smaller side.

The room was comfortable and the staff was wonderful. I enjoyed the music they played in the lobby and all the cool art. I also enjoyed the view our room had.

The atmosphere of the lobby lacked energy. There were very few places to sit (not at the bar). Other than a 7/11 there weren't any food options walking distance from the hotel. I was sad to learn you had to pay 70-80K (KRW) extra to enjoy the cool featured in all of their marketing pictures.
