It was an excellent and luxurious stay.. The staff are wonderful and serve us to the best they can do.. The villa is wonderful and equipped with everything you need and heating is everywhere even in the bathroom floor.. The swimming pool has heating.. They clean the rooms twice a day.. The spa is wonderful and luxurious. We enjoyed the massage and facial treatment and they had beautiful fragrances..we went horse riding and it was a great experience...everything was more than wonderful

the lodge has only two restaurants and there are not many varieties of food on the menu and they are serving similar dishes it would be better if there was more

This hotel is really gem. Everything was absolutely amazing from the check-in to check-out. This hotel is like heaven. Amazing spa, superb pool area, excellent apartments, simply the best. There isn not any negative. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all staff in the hotel. Food in the restaurant is really delicious. 🙏🙏🙏 wish to spend there more nights.

We had a fantastic experience overall. Service of the staff was excellent throughout. Staying at your estate was an experience we won't forget.

There are a few things which could improve the experience for other guests. - Not all TV channels in our room were clear, some were breaking up. - The kitchen in the Indochine restaurant seems to be a bottleneck. The service in the restaurant is great but it takes too long for dishes to be prepared impacting the overall experience. We witnessed this both at dinner and at breakfast when very few people were in the restaurant. Your other restaurant down the road has this aspect down to a fine art and our lunch met all the quality standards you set for yourself.

This is easily the best place we have ever stayed in. We stayed in Delaire Graff for one night on our honeymoon and it was perfect. The room was so spacious and had everything we needed and more. The free wine tasting and breakfast in our room were lovely added extras.

the movie stopped at the middle because it’s so old dvd 😂,,,, the lady who called us to leave did not give us any time to adjust our selves so my wife finish her massage therapy so simply she didn’t continue her massage and we checked out

Truly a beautiful experience. The lodgings were so peaceful, the amenities were tasteful and even included a yoga mat in case I wanted to zen out to the mountain views. Was impressed with the staff that went out of their way to be helpful.

Ubers struggled to find me. Regularly ended up on the wrong level or landing. Can happen with an extensive estate.

attention to detail. fresh milk in fridge was not replaced as it was sour. left it out and it was put back in the fridge. just a little thing but staff should check this. otherwise very nice

The location is perfect , restaurant decor is beautiful, The staff are an integrate part of the experience, they are all well trained and extremely competent. Faultless experience. World class.

The property is gorgeous and rooms are really beautiful. Everything you can imagine you need is thought off. What stands out the most is the staff and attention to details. They were not only extremely friendly and helpful but they understood what we wanted and recommended the best options around Stellenbosh. Craig in particular was unbelievable and really elevated our stay. It felt like home after just 2 days! I recommend and hope to visit again.
