BON Hotel Empangeni

The room was beautiful, neat, and comfortable, and the water temperature was perfect.

The bathroom needs an electronic air vent or, better known as an extractor fan installed in the bathrooms, after a hot shower the bathroom becomes extremely humid as there is no window in the bathroom. The aircon in our room was very old and it made a lot of noise when it was on. Lastly, please get rid of the dstv, and install smart TVs with netflix etc.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. hotel is very well maintained and the employees are friendly. restaurant is very neat and food served is fresh and delicious with a variety of menus suitable for a long stay.

This may be a long shot butr it will greatly improve convenience if the restaurant can be joined to the main hotel as the weather is always unpredictable towards the coast. an outside restaurant can be ver inconviniencing in rainy weathers.

The Manager by the name of Noma needs more training on customer service. She's rude and she passes bad remarks about customers on their back. She makes promises to customers but complain when she has to do as promised. I was really upset by her attitude towards customers. For once I doubted if she has proper training for that job. She needs to work and improve on her customer service knowledge.

I booked for one night at BOH but the room was clean and bed comfortable and big enough to play with my partner. She did enjoy sleeping there at night. Although we came across unforeseen circumstance whereby there was water main burst occurs outside then ends up water flowing to our room. The staff strict the matter urgently as soon as we reported it. They move us to another room. As said it was unforeseen circumstance and this can happen to anybody's house. We didn't include the breakfast on our booking because we had many things to attend on the following day but next time we will include it. Shower was big enough to share with my partner (room 22).

I did not see anything wrong except unforeseen circumstance mention above.

Everything was perfect, except the breakfast we didn't get it but we've paid for it

We paid for breakfast but we didn't get it,and no one told us about the time for breakfast,and where should we go for it,we got disappointed about that our money goes for nothing,I wish I can get it back

clean and safe

no one at reception past midnight when we arrived. we weren’t told about breakfast, no info or even in the rooms about room service number and reception number. we were sharing one towel, one teaspoon.. 2 people in the room only info was emergency exit. been out of town, we would’ve liked to know which restaurants are available etc. how far hospital was etc. emergency no for hospital, police, firebregade etc

I am not one to go on a solocation but I was really impressed with this Hotel, I would recommend this place. the food and the pricing are affordable. A place that is peaceful and refreshing and welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality. I loved it a lot.

Well the staff were very welcoming. The room I had was very clean and appealing. The location was not hard to find and its very close to a lot of amenities so I really enjoyed my stay

Well there's nothing that I didnt like. Or maybe if I had stayed longer I would've noticed but I would be nit picking. The hotel is very nice so I cant complain

Beds were comfortable and the rooms clean.

We were not assisted with the safe. We checked out with our valuables being locked inside. Nobody managed to assist us and we had not been warned about the safes upon arrival.

My room was quite clean, spacious also the bathroom was clean.

The fact that there was no water when I woke up the following day, was a spoiler for my good stay. When I was given water to clean myself,I was given only 5 litres! That really spoiled my day.
