Atlantic Affair Boutique Hotel

Room spacious enough for two people. The balcony for me was too small only if they have said it is for smoking, I wouldn't have chosen a room with a balcony and saved on the little extra charged for that

The most disappointing thing. When I googled and accept the place, they said they have R200 breakfast per person per day. Also on my booking, the confirmation came with R200 per person per day breakfast. The Hotel did not even want to discuss it, they just said they never gave out breakfast. That is false marketing. I am very disappointed. I am not going there again.

The hotel is perfectly situated. There is Mojo Market nearby and loads of other restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is secured and there is staff around 24/7. The rooms are spacious (especially the beds!) therefore perfect for a longer stay. Housekeeping is also available when needed. They also offer massages (cash only)

One time the balcony door was wide open when we returned from a day trip after housekeeping which concerned us briefly but other than that we were helped in every way.

Hospitality was amazing, very warm and open welcoming. No hassles checking in . The room meets picture expectations and noise levels were minimal . Very impressed with everything and love the location as its a few steps away from MOJO Market .

The room was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was extremely big and comfortable. Bedding was also very comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect. In a safe part of Sea point, a few meters away from the main road (Mojo Market) and just a few more meters away to the beachfront.

The basin in the bathroom is very small. Cleaning service could have been slightly better, as there were some marks, papers, etc that were not properly cleaned from day to day.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely and intimate. I especially loved the calm music on the TV upon entering the room, definitely set the tone for relaxation. Perfect hideout off the busy Seapoint main road. You can't hear any noise so it creates the feeling of being in a world of your own.

The heater in the seating area wasn't working, and it was quite a cold weekend, so that was a bit unpleasant. Having access to the amenities but not having it work when you need it. Loadshedding was also a bit of a disturbance.

I liked that they had a generator that kicked in when power shedding happened. I also liked that they had WiFi that worked during my stay.

The carpark was a bit small, which could accommodate 5 cars. When power shedding happened and the generator kicked in, one spot light would come on during the night, which was directly above my head, which in turn woke me up.

The location is excellent and close to restaurants and other amenities, including a pharmacy. We used Uber to get around and usually waited just 2 mins for one to reach us. We stayed in the penthouse suite which has been recently renovated. The bed is large and comfortable. The suite is equipped with almost everything you would need. The staff are helpful and pleasant.

There was ongoing renovation at the time we stayed but we were out most of the time so it wasn't really a bother. The front entrance leads right onto the street so be careful of your belongings once you step out.

The Hotel is a friendly City Hotel in a great and safe central location The hotel staff were friendly and so helpful. The room itself was fine and cleaned daily.

We had the penthouse. The views were mostly of the back of the next building with a tiny view of the sea. The balcony is overlooked by the surrounding buildings.

The room was clean and the place was peaceful and quiet.
