First impression: Great, treated with respect and smiles. Checkin: Smooth, upgraded to suite after seeing my family. Room: Great, better than expectations. Spacious Location: Lively, next to everything. Within City. Checkout: Smooth within seconds Staff: I would really like to thank the conceirge Egyptian, I forgot his name. He was in afternoon/evening shift. Breakfast: No idea, didnt take as my stay was just for night.

I felt the room was a bit dusty, not alot but maybe because of dust storm.

Everything was up to the expectations.

Spa was not available during our stay. There was no lift from parking to lobby, hence had to carry all the luggage through the stairs.

Great location WITH parking, which is a plus. Very large comfortable rooms. Access in and out of the premises is unhindered and very satisfying.

All was good. One very slight criticism is the food. We elected not to have breakfast as we noticed all was cold and rather over-cooked.

Wonderful comfortable hotel, quiet although it is in a busy area of the city. The staff is very helpful and polite. They always provided assistance in a timely manner. Thank you to the guys who cleaned my room (609).

There is a kitchen, but no pots, pans, bowls, plates, or silverware. So you can't actually cook anything. It would be better to provide basic supplies.

Breakfast was good the lady cook is excellent helpful and friendly. Room service was very good. Housekeeping Manager talks to guests and made us very comfortable. Receptionists are helpful and attentive. Overall excellent will consider coming back very strongly.

Suites lack basic services of glasses, salt and pepper shakers and cutlery.

Mostly clean, comfortable, accommodating staff. Good food, nice gym and pool and facilities. With a barbershop and spa. Nice location. Sizeable rooms.

Can use a larger parking space.

they upgraded my room to a suite which was spacious and so comfortable.. the location is excellent next to Al Faisaleyeh tower, Sulaimaneyeh and Al Tahleyeh street which are considered great attractions for food, outings, shisha and shopping

The location and cleanliness is good, rooms are spacious and modern

Breakfast can be better for the price we are paying, they can easily add many additional varieties of food, and change from day to day, for instance some very good items (French toast) you can only see 1 day per week (this is what I noticed during my stay).

Clean and cozy Good AC Great location, lot of facilities nearby. Great for the price, basically a bang for the buck! I stayed here twice for both the 2019 and now, 2021's MDL Beast, and it isn't very far from here. About 40 kilometers.

No lift from the basement parking, not a huge deal because it's a small flight of steps. Nobody answers the phone when I try to let them know of my arrival time. And also the first day when I called reception from my room, nobody answered.

COMFY,CLEAN WITH EXCELLENT STAFFS, VERY ACCESIBLE AREA The cleanliness and the nice smell in corridors that I really appreciated since the hotel are mix nationality but you cannot smell anything but the nice smell from hotel corridors. The rooms is big,clean and tidy with complete home necessitiesthat you need. The bed is very comfy and soft .All staff are very nice from reception, restaurant,housekeeping and bell boy. If you ask something , immediately they will answer and help you. Overall stay ,we are very happy with less stress and for sure we will recommend it to others and will come back soon.Keep up !

I would suggest to ask your customer their preferred foods within the stay before arrival because you have customer of multiple nationalities, or you cab have variety of food in terms of nationality,just a suggestion but overall ,it was a great experienced.
