OCEAN VIEW DELUXE SUITE: PVT. BEACH & POOL

The location was great. We rented a car and were able to go to the places we wanted to see. The location is residential/tourist. In other words, we saw other tourists, but also saw pilots and flight attendants checking in. There was ample security. It felt like a safe place. The beach was very nice. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. When we opened the door my kids said, "Wow!" because the place was large and so clean.

It couldn't be helped, but the pool was closed for repair or maintenance. The owners went above and beyond and gave us the name and location of another pool closeby that we could use if we wanted to.

The location was great! We were right off the beach and right down the street from CVS, restaurants, and late night bars; a 20 min drive to Old San Juan. The value, style, and size of the apartment was perfect for seven people. It was very chic. And we loved the balcony.

It would've been nice if the pool/cafe/gameroom were operational, but that's more of a building issue rather than unit issue. Additionally, the shower in the larger bathroom took awhile to heat up.

The location and the unit were prefect! The unit was spacious and updated and very clean.

The facilities were not open and available onsite to use. Pool and bar area was closed.

Apartment had everything we needed. So close to the beach; literally downstairs. Excellent check-in process; although I did not have cell phone service the host promptly answered when I called from our Uber driver’s device. Super quiet building. Great coffee at the hotel coffee shop. The washer and dryer in room afford you the ability to pack minimally. Upon walking the beach it became evident that you have the same water access (and sometimes better) as the more expensive resorts on Isla verde. VERY PLEASED WITH OUR stay!

Perfect for families!! Spacious rooms, Nice view of the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff was supportive. Very close to car rental office. Restaurants are walking distance. Everything was good about this stay. Very close to airport as well as Old San Juan area ( 8 min drive )

Nothing particular. Everything was provided as expected.

Good Location, Has a wow view and the cleanliness was great.

The Bed was not comfortable for sleeping for a good night rest. Had difficulties sleeping the first night until 5am. One side of bed was colder because of AC.

The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we need it. Right in front of the beach and close to everything. I loved the communication with the host.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, modern-fresh-clean and simply beautiful. It comes with everything. Washer, dryer, Fridge, microwave, stove, pots and pans, and, to our surprise, a toaster. A stunning view on the beach and ocean. The private beach is right out of the lobby, what could be better? The host was wonderful and kept in touch to make sure we where doing alright, and didn't seemed to be bothered by additional questions late at night.

Perfect location, is super clean and has an amazing view. Restaurants are within walking distance. Close to the airport.
