This was a fairly basic hotel but offered a nice balcony, included breakfast and generally comfortable accommodations. It was a short walk to the central plaza and several nice restaurants and cafes.
The sliding door to the balcony was massive and difficult to close without pinching the curtains. This was a minor inconvenience and hardly worth mentioning.

The hotel is very good. It is located 10 minutes walk from the main bus station. The staff is very good, and the whole hotel is very clean. The size of the room was OK.
There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room. Breakfast could have more options.

Room a little outdated. Bathroom small, door got in the way of toilet, easy to bang foot on metal doorstop, nice hot shower, but shower head unsteady. So not a good bathroom experience. Hotel is up a hill, so walking home at night was a bit tiring.

This a perfect little three star, the staff was friendly and available and the room was clean, comfortable and adequate for two people with a beautiful balcony overviewing the terrace. the breakfast was very well organised and covered every item, of good quality, on a continental breakfast.

Comfortable hotel 10 mins walk from the centre of Viseu. . We came on bikes and were able to store our bikes in a locked room in the basement. (There is a sign at the entrance stating that the hotel is cycle-friendly - see)

Lovely budget hotel, but could be massively improved by ditching the nylon bedspreads and pillowcases from the 60’s and up dating the balcony furniture. Overall very clean, breakfast superbly laid out and great choice, perfect for exploring area.
