Rooms were spacious, clean with updated decor. Location was perfect. Close to everything. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating.

There is no elevator to bring up luggage to fourth level. The shower in our suite did not have consistent hot water. We were given another room that we could shower in that was much better. They are working on fixing this issue.

perfect location. walking distance to everything you’ll want to see in Lisbon. the rooms are lovely, modern and clean. staff are very friendly. would definitely stay again if we come back to Lisbon - you couldn’t get a better location, especially for the price.

the street the hotel is on is a little noisy in the evenings as people eat outside the restaurants outside, and there can be loud banging noises when the staff start putting tables and chairs away at the end of the night. this didn’t bother us as it’s what you’d expect from such a central location, but maybe not the best if you’re staying with young children.

Lovely place!! rooms are beautiful and common areas are absolutely fantastic. The kitchen looks amazing and staff are super polite (everyone spoke Spanish/ English and made an effort to understand my poor Portuguese!) Accommodation is great - close to everything!!!

Our room was on the 3rd floor, so if you are not in a good shape… prob look for another property. We were 3 and were originally given a room for 2 people. They managed to fix it and change room but the process took a little while..

Staff were excellent and very helpful. We are an older couple, aged in late 70’s and there were stairs to negotiate, however the staff were very helpful and made our stay over 4 days most enjoyable.

The WiFi wasn't great. It can be noisy not from outside but from other guests.

The location is excellent, it’s close to the centre and can get there on foot. The room in the hotel is clean as well as the shared kitchen facility. The staff members were excellent and friendly.

Lovely comfortable room, very clean, great location and really helpful staff!! Couldn’t really fault it, would definitely return. Location is fab, near everything you need - great breakfast place up the road, lovely coffee shops and fab fish restaurant below to the right! Shower was lovely, had good settings providing warm and cool showers whatever time of day I had a shower. Air con was broken for first night and because it was a Sunday no one could come fix it, but was sorted right away Monday so that was good as or really did make a difference. Staff were great, especially the woman on shift helping us get our taxi when trying to head back to airport… she was so helpful and went above and beyond to sort out an issue when taxis kept cancelling.

The location was perfect. The rooms are a bit smaller than they look in the picture. I like it because my room was located on the fist floor and have a balcony. Some people may be worried to discover that these rooms are located on the top of restaurants. When you close the window you can’t hear almost anything. The restaurants on the bottom are great. All of them offer excellent food even there is a Michelin restaurant there. The bar at the end of the street where the hotel is located is great too. I really loved the located because is close to everything and located in a charming area of Lisbon .

It wasn’t my case but for other people may be a bit of a problem as the other rooms are located on the other floors and not lift. Apart of that a great hotel and is very new.

The hotel is situated just 3-4 minutes walk from Terreiro do Paco metro station, Praça do Comércio and Arco da Rua Augusta, with many good restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean, well equipped with a stylish design. Very spacious common areas with sofas, dining tables and fully equipped kitchen available. There's no elevator, but the staff were willing to help with heavy luggage. The staff tried their best to satisfy our special requests about our room. We appreciated that very much.

Hair dryers were given upon request at the reception. Yet, the number was limited. We returned the hair dryer after use, but some guests didn't, so for some nights we weren't able to borrow one.

Excellent location and value for money. I was apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but this place was honestly outstanding for me and my group of 25 year old friends. We stayed in one of the suites which sleeps 5 comfortably, with 2 bathrooms. Exceptionally clean. The communal kitchen was exceptionally clean and well equipped, and very pretty. We did not find the stairs steep however can appreciate we are young and fit so would not have been an issue for us. We did not notice any street noise. The location is very central with great options for dinner/drinks on the doorstep.
