Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town

The best feature was a massive bed!! OMG that thing was huge! Nice big bathroom and a very clean and warm room. The staff were very friedly and answered all our questions with no fuss.

The was only 1 downside, the hot tub wasn't all that hot. We had a very nice time relaxing in the spa area but the hot tub really need to bet set to a bit higher temperature.

room was large, good breakfast, very central location and quiet. bed was very comfy and huge.

the room was too warm; even at night the aircon could not get the room to 19C despite being very noisy. too warm to sleep - despite it being 13C outdoors at night in October. Room only had a window to inner patio that had a glass roof; hence not very bright. lights are more mood-lights for the evening; not bright enough for working at the desk.

It was a really great experience, all the facilities correspond to a true 5 star hotel. The room is very clean and the location is right in the heart of old Wroclaw. However, what makes any hotel stand out is its stuff. All the people we met were very professional and friendly, and I would like to express my special gratitude to the receptionist Anastasiia for her attitude towards us and help in early check-in, which is very important after a long trip with a whining baby:)

Spacious rooms,very clean. Great location on Rynek. Excellent friendly staff.

The entrance to the hotel can be off putting,needs livening up!

we had an apartment / junior suite, which suits our meeds. we actually had two bathrooms, which was unexpected.

the spa and training room was closed for remodelling, which disappointed my husband. we think the room prices should be lower because of this.

The location was super, in the heart of the city. Super hotel if you are going for a holiday, familu holiday or business trip. The food at breakfast was super nice and so was the hospitalty of the staff. At the breakfast restaurant Natalia was just amazing and super effecient.

Very nice clean hotel. Massive bed which was comfortable. Good room facilities however no milk for tea and coffee. Very close to the main square

Outside was very noisy with church bells and people shouting constantly through the night

the place, just in center and near the clubs, so you can take girls from the party right to hotelroom and show her the view of hotel and the nice room. of course with a happy end after. have good soaps and big room with biiiih enough for a 1guy 2girls.

again i had park my car near the hotel.and i get fine. 4x. but my fault.

This is a major brand hotel, not as famous to people in our corner of the world as Hilton or Sheraton, but probably comparable. Which means it has all the perks: coffee/tea in the rooms, space, nice rooms, carpet, the goodies in the bathrooms, ... On top of that it has the ideal location for a short city trip to Wroclaw : the (impressive) big market place is literally one block away. And there is a car park right under the hotel. Also, as a breakfast lover, this one has a really extensive buffet - with, for instance, high quality fruit.

Luxury comes at a price. Poland is, compared to Western Europe, cheap, but this hotel is not. Especially the car park carries quite the price tag (well, not compared to Amsterdam, I guess ) Also there were construction works ongoing in the other half of the building, which we were warned for, but which caused quite the noise (some of it already at 7 am, in stead of the announced 10 am). But that's a temporary thing.

The location is unbeatable; you step out the front door and you are in the very heart of the old town. The breakfast selection was huge and excellent. The room was large and modern, and the double bed was fabulously large.

The air-conditioning was extremely noisy, and not wonderfully efficient. The underground parking is paid (90 PLN/day, about 20 EUR). The reception desk didn't tell at check in us that we needed to use the room key card to operate the lift, so causing annoying hassle and the need for us to return to reception when we could not get to our floor; they had one job, and this was a fail. The room was not cleaned on the one full day we were there (Sunday).
