Radisson Hotel Szklarska Poręba

Nice breakfast, very nice staff. The place is gorgeous. We had very lovely room, comfortable, clean, awesome balcony. They can accomodate gluten free guests for breakfast, but a la carte menu at the restaurant was a little bit too crazy for us.

There should be some divider between the road and the hot tub. We didn't really feel safe because anyone from the street could walk in. But it was ok. There is just one outside hot tub, which is really really not enough. We constantly fought with air conditioning, because it kept turning on while we were away to the lowest possible level. The lights in the bathrooms are rubbish. The road to the hotel is pretty horrible, so watch out. Also, the wellness zone should be ideally closed at some point for children so that adults can relax at peace, but that is not a thing there. But all of that did not spoil our stay. We had a lovely relaxing time.

Cozy and quite room, excellent cuisine. The waiters do wait after opening hours without hurrying clients. Good swimming pool and sauna. Large parking. It's really clean in the room. Good for couples. Not too many children in the hotel. I really like it. Worst 4 stars 🤩 I really wonder why it has only 8.0 rate on booking.com.

Maybe short opening hours of jacuzzi and spa till 21.00. itd be really great to provide 2 more hours at least for the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Great modern hotel with amazing restaurant, breakfast, spa-wellness zone and outside whirpool with mountain view (available also in winter). Little crowded wellness zone in peak times (evenings), but saunas ale spacious and during mornings, almost no people were there

Long waiting time after arrival during check in/out. We were waiting in queue 30mins during check-in and 15mins during check out. Although staff was amazing, I think there should be one more person during peak times for check-in/out.

SPA zone shouldn’t be really called SPA, since there are a lot of children running around. the parents didn’t respect the +16 age zone for the saunas and there were little kids running around the only place where you could relax. if not this I would have given 10points for the stay

I spend wonderful time wondering in mountains peaks covered with deep snow. Interestingly design hotel with an ambience. Stylish and conformable. I expected it to be smaller. It was a time of school holidays and hotel was really crowded. Room was spacious, modern, stylish with very good quality furniture with a wiev over mountains. Breakfast was very good. Excellent coffee and fresh products. I have no time to try swimming pool and sauna.

The hotel is located in outskirts of Szklarska Poręba in not interesting environments. You have to have a car to go to city center, cable car, slopes or mountain trails. The hotel provided a convenient shuttle bus to city center. Parking space is limited and when you arrive late you have to search same space.

- Outside jacuzzi was occupied for more then hour and a half by same persons. Maybe hotel could do something about it because it looked like it was their private jacuzzi. They didn't care about other people waiting and with that kind of behaviour only few people a day could use that jacuzzi amd that's real shame.

Great location and food (delicious and great variety). Fantastic place for a family vacation with many activities, swimming pool and spa facilities. Also a free sports equipment to use on the site.

Road that was connected to the hotel was full of potholes, also the parking was not for free - was expecting a free parking taken the price for the stay.

Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Everything is brand new. Very ood choice for breakfast and dinner. Nice and clean wellness. Payed parking place, but the price was very good.

During weekend the SPA area can be full, when the hotel is fully booked. We stayed in the middle of the week, so everything was OK. The staff in the restaurant could offer the drinks more during the dinner time. But this is a very subjective opinion.

a bit noisy room, located close to lifts, but very minor thing. What I realy don’t like is booking.com algorithm, which proposes different prices depending on IP. I paid 400 pln more per stay, than the price offered to my wife’s laptop…. unfortunately I had booked a few min earlier …. :-( This has made me really angry…

Excellent location in very calm area. It is also a good point to start hiking tracks. Room very clean, equipped with all stuff necessary during stay. Very good restaurant in the hotel, wide variety of food available during breakfasts. What is good, if you are without bike it is possible to rent it in hotel. I can strongly recommend this hotel.
