Qubus Hotel Legnica

Central location. Chain hotel so you know what to expect. Big and spatious lobby and restaurant. Small playground for kids. The praise goes definitely to wonderful breakfast: great choice, huge choice of hot dishes, fruits and everything else, juicer and waffle maker :) The stuff, at the restaurant as well as at the reception was super friendly. Water in the room is provided.

The rooms are not the newest, you might find some shortcomings.

Strange Pet Policy ... Pets are allowed to stay in the Room but they are not allowed to go in the Restaurant Area ... This obliged me and my wife to have separate breakfast. By the way : it's better than nonthing.

Breakfast was perfect, Basically you can choose whatever you want and you find it there. Staff were kind and friendly. Reserved parking for our bus worked very well, guys waiting for us upon arrival. Check-in was one of the fastest, I've ever seen. Martha on the reception helped us a lot with all, what we need.

Only one elevator was working so in rush hours, it was better to avoid waiting and use stairs. Parking is not included in price of the room(s).

I transported 2 Ukrainian families from the Polish border to Berlin and this was our overnight stop. It was perfect in everyway and the families were able to shower, rest, eat and drink in comfortable an very pleasant surroundings. The best things were, the children's play area (children 2.5 and 1.5 years) and lastly, Michal the bar tender. He was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, a great human being. Well done Michal, I won't forget you.

Staff at the reception was genuinely very nice and helpful, the room was neat and tidy. Breakfast was very good, home-made bread and cookies were a great healthy option. Very comfortable bed.

The bathroom is very small - shower is small and the sink is almost over the toilet. I thought about my movements not to hit myself against something. I am thin so i could tolerate it for a night, but for a person with normal body weight it can be very uncomfortable.

Very good location. We got a room on the 9th floor with a wonderful view of the town. The old town is within walking distance. The "comfort room" was spacious with a fridge and a good bathroom with a tub. The wellness area is small but good for relaxation. A whirlpool a hot sauna and a steam sauna. The included breakfast was very nicely organized in a "corona secured" way. A buffé where you point at what you want and a lady in face mask and plastic gloves gives it to you. Paid and secure parking.

Rather expensive for Poland, but we got what we expected plus a view.

It was easy to find the hotel but we had to do and extra circle to get to the parking in front of the hotel - google maps will guide you to a parking behind the hotel that will demand some extra walking and carrying of luggage. Friendly and helpful staff. All areas are very clean - This is a hotel that takes the threat of COVID seriously, applying needed restrictions, which we find comforting. Good and extensive breakfast choice. Perfect for a one night stop if you travel on the A4 highway between Dresden and Wroclaw

We arrived at 2100 hours in the evening and left again before 0800 the day after so I do not feel it is fair to point out any major failures... The hotel was almost empty (I guess). I enjoyed the small but very nice fitness and relaxation area which closes at 2200. When the hotel is full I fear it might be a bit too small or at least very busy. A bit tired decor and finish in corridors and rooms but that is well reflected in the price so not a complaint, more of an observation.

-Easy to find in a town that is close to highway. -Proximity to centre where are few restaurants and bars. -Large room with possibility to open windows. Did not need to use AC. Clean. -Good quality breakfast.

-Found bed mattress little soft to my taste. -GPS brought me directly to a rather basic outside parking in the back of the hotel with a high stair from parking to reception. 9 euro is therefore a rather high price for the service. -Some people were doing zero effort to respect any of the COVID rules in the breakfast area and no employee reacted at any time. One employee at entrance of buffet area would be sufficient to remind them.

All was as expected. The breakfast had a good selection and it was freshly made. All in all it was good. The staff was really helpful and ready to help.

The corridor of the 7th floor smelled of cigarettes/smoke. I'm not a smoker. The minibar was empty. I wanted to order room service and was told by the staff that the costs of room service was more than what I wanted to order. This was quite disappointing.

The room, at the eight floor, was quiet and clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff helpful. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, a few minutes walk from the centre of the town. Air conditioning was a little too cool. We didn't need it, otherwise we would have asked to the staff to raise the temperature, wich was blocked on 22 degrees.
