Comfy and big enough for a family of 4 to sleep (executive queen room with 2 big beds), clean. Dinner Restaurant with good food and really pleasant staff - Zurek soup on the photo was delicious, we didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Some kids entertainment (PS), but busy

Pool - I booked this hotel especially because it had an impressive pool judging by the photos, but upon arrival we were told we can’t use it as it is fully booked for the day (we only stayed one day) - the hotel could have informed us in advance that swimming spot needed to be reserved - needless to say children were very disappointed, I went to see it and have to say it is also much smaller than advertised - attaching photo - and seeing the el. extension in the paddle right by the pool I’m actual glad my children couldn’t use it - it doesn’t look very safe, other than that all good!

We usually take cheap apartments when traveling. But once you pay the double for a night in hotel like this, it's easy to understand why pay double. Had a swimming pool, where had a place for small children and also for adults. The pool is not that big so can be crowded sometimes. The room was clean and big enough for a family of 4. Good breakfast, with enough of choisses. This one had a separate toilet and shower room which was nice.

The parking was 60 pln, which seemed quite expensive for 16 hours parking. But like I said we're used to apartments so maybe that is normal for hotels of this class.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, there is truly something for everyone. No one went away hungry! Our rooms were next to each other which was great for convenience and there was enough space for lounging and all of our things. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. No matter who we spoke with, they were always more than happy to help us. The restaurant and bar area was great - delicious food that was not priced at ridiculous amounts! The entire facility was very family friendly, if we come back to visit Krakow, we will be staying here again!

The beds were not the more comfortable, the pillows were slightly flat and regulating the rooms made it slightly uncomfortable at night. We would have to open our windows as much as we could to bring in the fresh air. That alone was not enough. Next time we will bring a fan for our room.

Perfect service provided, personnel was eager to help in any case. Cleanliness of room was amazing as well as bathroom. Breakfast in hotel is worth to try, everyone will find something for themselves. Teapot and capsule coffee-machine were provided. In bathroom there were shampoo and shower gel.

Teapot wasn't working properly and switched off right after it was started. Encapsulated coffee wasn't really matching coffee-machine, as there were only 2 regimes (small cup and big cup) not like was supposed to be, however you may order anything to your room or have it on a bar, which was working till late evening. Toothpaste was absent in a room, but convenient store is nearby.

Very nice facility. Beautiful city, beyond all expectations. Good beds. Nice parking. Nice people in the reception. Good and plenty food in breakfast. Public transportation near hotel. Gym and pool at high standards.

Some of the customers should have been better educated. It's not the hotel's problem, but I have to say it: Germans, who think they are superior, should not push people at breakfast.

Breakfast was outstanding. We travel quiet often and selection of the dishes was one of the best i have ever seen. Staff were always friendly and helpful and room was clean and the bathroom was equipped with the all necessary items. Location was not central, buy very easily reachable by bus, about five stops to the old town. We stayed there during the new year and there was very nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay , thank you so much <3

I love the rooms - double room was specious with additional sofa which gives a feeling of home

I think the breakfast for 75 PLN was a bit too expensive. Its is more expensive than a value of starter and main course in the evening restaurant so it is not a good value for money. If not booked together with room prior the stay, it is not worth paying.

Very clean and cosy hotel, easy to find by car. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Parking was easy. Nice small pool and gym available.

A bit too far from the city centre by walking. Taxies were easy to get though in front of the hotel. Three times it was ok, once we had to pay double > remenber always to ask for the price. The reception could have mentioned this, but this was no biggie.

Good size room,comfortable beds,nice bathroom with bath,very clean,good AC,very good breakfast,reasonable restaurant for dinner,nice and friendly staff overall,swimming pool and gym.

Parking cost 50 PLN a day using hotel own car park and was half empty because people tried to find alternative and more reasonable parking.

Food, swimming pool, location is fine, relaxed atmosphere, kids friendly and good price. Receptionists, bar staff, and cooks do a great job, people in charge of breakfast are great.

Most of the staff was great, except a person from the kitchen who didn't want to prepare 1 omelet for us (unpolitely he said they were not doing in that day, however, we saw many people eating them). It was reported to the manager of the kitchen and he compensate it. Thanks a lot! People from the swimming pool could be more helpfull .. 1 of 3 was focus o their work. In the fridge in our room there was an old belied egg from previous guest.. I reported and was cleaned..they should pay attention to such details.
