Lovely location right in the Jewish quarter. Lots of local eateries and shops etc. Room was clean and comfortable with amenities like a fridge etc looking out onto the nice little square. Short distance walk to all the other places including public transportation.

Everything was spot on.

Staff was very pleasant and room was clean. Overall experience very good.

Quite noice place, you can hear all the sounds from the hallway. Not very good landscape from the window.

The staff was polite and kind. We asked for packaged breakfast and they helped us by preparing a complete meal for each person. Also the rooms were very clean.

Everything was good except the absence of lights in the entrance of the building. We arrived one night after 9 o clock and we felt a little scary.

In Jewish quarter and two mins walk to the tram stop, takes maybe total of 7 mins to arrive in Old Town. Decent about of space in the room and had a mini refrigerator and kettle.

Inconvenient check in process, there is no mention that you have to walk 10 mins to another location in order to check in. Also, very inflexible about checking out a little late .. 10am on the dot or you’re going to head banging on the door. . and this was midweek!

ambiguity over check in. to give customers more confidence you should state that 24hrs before check-in you’ll be sent the entrance door code, room number and key box code.

Provision of tea and sanitary pad bag in the room

The fact that there is no kitchen and che kitchen out time of 10am, check out time is supposed to be 12noon

Although there was no reception, a gentleman explained everything regarding check in over the phone. He was very kind and clear. The bed was comfortable and we also enjoyed having a sofa there.

The room was unfortunately extremely dusty in places which was very visible and slightly deterring. Although the breakfast was very tasty, we had to walk in the pouring rain for about 5mins to get to the restaurant.

Located in the very heart of Krakow’s Kazimierz district everything was right around the corner. supereasy self-check-in and check-out. The room was spaceous and had a fridge and the price was a true bargain.

Perfect location, spacious and cosy rooms, very clean place. Breakfasts are served in Kazimir restaurant, a nice short walk from the hotel and the food there is great, variety and freshness and nice atmosphere.
