Air conditioner was noisy

I prefer to eat out for all meals. Easy access to Malls. Accessibility to taxi, bus, and other transport. Nearness to Airport. Regarding my hotel experience, I do love not being disturb by staff early in AM to clean up. Housekeeping is too patient to let their guest rest with gusto which I love.

Maybe adding a little more furniture at the lobby can bring ambience and welcoming to guest and their families who visits them. Access to a microwave or a few eating utensils in a nook area can better serve guest who arrive late at nite and had bought food from 7 Eleven.

Location was the best, the doorman, cleaning ladies, and security guards were very friendly. The room was big and spacious for the price you pay, beds are comfortable, although the room is a bit outdated, but it's not a bother since everything else was working.

Felt a bit pressured to check-out, received a call from the front desk when it was only half past 11.

great location just across Greenbelt 5 Mall. very accesible. banks, convenience stores, restaurants, and pharmacies are adjacent to the mall. The place is decent.

had a hard time turning on the Tv though. part of room turnover should include turning on tv and giving instructions how to change cable channels. also poor internet connectivity through their wifi. i keep getting disconnected especially when my roommate connects the wifi, I automatically get disconnected.

The location is excellent being so close to Greenbelt, across the street. One of the main reasons we stay here is because of the location. We have stayed here at least 10 times over the years. This trip 10 days. When no rooms were available on Booking, we would book direct with the Charter House. They have always been very accommodating and giving the room we wanted.

Very little ti dislike. For a 2-star not bad. Some rooms a little dated and could be renovated.

The place is very comfortable and the staff was super helpful. Always opened the door and gave us directions and help with the airport transportation. It is right across from the biggest and best shopping center in Manila where we ate delicious food and enjoyed the giant gardens.

All the staff from Front door attendant, security, Front desk, Restaurant and housekeeping are very friendly, professional, makes you feel at home and in a safe environment. Location is very convenient to all area. Thank you to the entire team we will definetly Go back and stay with you again and recommended to all our friends from Seattle and Vancouver BC.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. The room was spacious enough as well as bathroom was clean. We also felt safe which is one important aspect we consider in booking a hotel.

I had a hard time accessing the wifi as the mails I tried to view could only be seen when I was at the lobby. Generally the place is quite good.

This hotel is great value considering it close location to Green Belt which is directly across the street. This is my 7th stay at this hotel.

The hotel is old and very basic but kept clean. The restaurant does not have a large choice of meals but considering the choice of restaurants across the street this is not a problem.

Location is superb, Greenbelt 5 is just across the street. The staff were amazing, very courteous, professional and always with a smile.

The floor of my room accumulated moist a lot (6th floor) that I had to wipe it frequently. I reported it though to the front desk when I checked out. Anyway, this hotel got the perfect location and very welcoming staff.
