Selah Garden Hotel Manila

I like style of the room and the place and its price is reasonable. The staff are also nice and friendly. All our clarifications, inquiry, and requests were answered and responded well.

We waited too long (almost an hour) for check in because they are fully booked on that day. In one of the rooms, they forgot to put towels. In the other room, the flush and bidet did not work in the morning. In the other room, the hot shower is not working. I hope they can maintain their standards even though they are fully booked.

booking and checking in is hustle free. Near the event place that we are going to attend. Free drinking mineral water available at the corridor. There's a staging area where you can meet visitors and friends for a little chat.

the assigned room has flaws i.e. floor tiles are loose and not properly fixed. risk of tripping (specially for elderly). There's no enough parking space for guests although there is parking area (along the street) besides the property that has 24/7 security but still a hustle going and coming from your car.

we cannot buy food from the restaurant because they prepare pork in the menu which is forbidden for us Muslims.

The room was big and the bed comfortable. Toilet was of good size too. I can open my door and look out overlooking the pool and the trees. Quite cosy. The staff were courteous and polite. There were 3 attendants who were really good. One of them was great as he would always bring a change of towel and toiletries when he was on duty. It was also a plus that you can ask them to make errands for you, and to buy stuff from the store- you just need to call reception. Bless them as they would usually come back in sweats. It was also good that there was a phone in the room and wifi. Food tasted nice.

As I had full board and lodging, the food servings were really small as if you are on a diet, but there's plenty of rice. Water interruption was the worst part especially in the middle, finishing or just start of a shower. It was rather noisy when the wooden gates or partitions are closed. The front of the room was not cleaned all the time.

Meals were good. Nice ambience in the restaurant. We had a 4 person room - single n beds and the roomy was quite roomy. Easy to get transport. Felt secure on the property. Staff went the extra mile to make our stay great. Location is on airport side of Pasay city so a quick ride is a benefit in that respect. A short walk and across the pedestriay bridgeb above the road to a variety of eating places and some entertainment. A good street market and the big Catholic Church is a worth a visit no matter your denomination.

Resort is within the city of pasay very accessible to nearby residences to have a weekend escapade...i dnt go too far to relax in a pool with the kids..selah is perfect...numerous activities to do..staff are courteous and attentive...to our needs..

Check in 3pm is fine but if you can have 1pm starts checking in..then people will not crowd the lobby and resto area waiting for 1hour ...spread out check in time anyways we get pur rooms by 3pm is ok..as long as we get to swim or do other activities ..

The staff are all polite and friendly. Though the property is small as compared with the other 5 star hotels they have complete facilities such as the pool, the spa or massage services, function room and dining with live entertainment/singing. The food is very good and worth its price.

Some of the rooms do not have tables and chairs, luggage rack and/or mini cooler or refrigerator. The parking space is very limited.

Staff were very helpful.

It took time to bus out the room service.

The area is quiet but I was surprised that taxis did not know how to go to the location. The hotel is very convenient to the location I needed to go to on Roxas Boulevard. Not much traffic to go there. The amenities are extremely good.

The room needs a little maintenance. The door was a little hard to open all the way and didn't close without pushing or pulling it.

Selah Garden is a great choice for business or family friendly travelers. Great staff and adequate amenities and room services. Currently they are upgrading rooms. The rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable. They feature an extreme climbing facility and clean pool area. We enjoyed our stay there. Outstanding friendly staff

They could use room safes. Constant internet instead of logging on each day. Other than that we felt all charges and services reasonable.
