Great location near Shaw Boulevard and SM MegaMall. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. They have a security guard that made me feel safe. I requested a quiet room since I am a light sleeper. They gave me one! The room was huge. I would definitely stay there again.

The Wifi/Data Connection was weak so I spent most of my productive time in coffee shops outside because I found it hard to get a signal. Just adding more lights especially in the bathroom of Room 206 would be great. It was a bit too dim.

When I first entered the room, I was somewhat disappointed. It looks slightly different from what is posted on the net. But it was compensated when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. The place was quiet. It is a place where you can really relax. It is good place for travellers since it very near Ortigas Center. The staff are friendly and are ready to answer all your inquiries. I would definitely go back here.

The staff here are very accommodating to their guests. The staff is available and on-call at all times. I stayed here with a few of my friends and they were willing to help us surrounding if we needed help with the room. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thank you RedDoorz @ Samat Mandaluyong team for helping us create memories! Can’t wait to get back here.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and really went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic experience. The room was first rate and was genuinely beyond our expectations and we had a fantastic view. If you're planning a trip to Manila, this is surely the place. Exceptional value for money too.

Wifi is average, not too fast but not slow.

Clean ,very friendly staff ,check in was a breeze also the room service was quick 👍housekeeping staff was good and attentive. They allowed guests to sometimes use the company phone, like if they need to book a Grab. They even offered me cups of coffee and recommended nice places to eat. They smiled a lot, and helped when I had questions about area.

I travelled in many places in the Philippines and countries around the world but a stay at this hotel, it was a great experience at all time. This hotel offered reasonable rate and good amenities. But above all is the remarkable excellent service provided at the front desk.

Aircon is not that cool but some other rooms I stayed before has very cool AC.

The staffs were very accommodating. There was a free water refill and ice for the guests. The room was clean and nice. Hoping that they will offer room with breakfast package next time, so we don't need to buy or order food outside.

I just hope they could change the rugs and provide better towels. But overall the service and the room was great.

My family and I have traveled the world and stayed a lot of places! This hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed at! Wasn’t only the amazing view and amenities but most important the people who was extremely accommodating and contributed to my families unforgettable experience! We will most definitely be going back there!

Stayed at the Alpha Suites a few weeks ago and honestly, it was one of my best staycations! The room was amazing. I also enjoyed their facilities. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I'd also like to give props to the frontdesk staff for being very helpful throughout our stay.
