The room was fine no problem but we could have used a extra pillow as we had and paid extra for 2 other people one being a 5 year child.

When I booked the room as we did once before I tried to book for 3 adults and 1 child but on Booking .com they said no rooms available. So when we arrived I was told rooms were available and I had to pay a additional 2000 pesos right now. You should make sure you have a better choice menu for more than just 2 people.

Good location easy access to any place that i need to go.all the staff was helpful and friendly.keep up the good job. Thank you to the management and staff.

You have to inform the front desk early each time if you want to make up the room because the make up room time is only from 1pm to 5pm,i almost forgot to inform once ,but maybe thats how the things work there.but overall its very good.will look forward for the next stay.

The staff is so nice an helpful. It makes it a good stay for me. Just ask them and they will do whatever to help you. I could stay here again and will maybe try Red Planet somewhere else to. I had a room away from the street so it was easy to sleep. No noise.Ve

I like the friendly, courteous, professional front desk and security staff.

Exhaust fan in the bathroom a bit loud. There are tiny ants and water flies in the bathroom. Your soap dispensers need replacing. They’re worn out and the pop open and falls off when you pump for soap. Would be nice if you provide complimentary bottled water, sachets of tea bags or coffee complete with sweeteners.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room and bed were spacious. Pillows were very comfortable.

I like the service of hot water but it would be better if each room had a kettle. My room didn’t have a good view but can’t do anything about that. Food options are quite expensive. I think one of the side table was missing.

The staff were extremely freindly and welcoming, the receptionists were helpful and guiding through and through. A restaurant and a store are available right outside it. Very relaxing and quite.

Some facilities need repair or extra rechecks.

location were near my area was.ok price rate was reasonable for those who are people just sayingnto be quarantine

dont have any chair (for those seniors) microwave ,and water heater, suppose to be people needed one

Nice room a bit small but ok, good bed, nice water pressure for the shower. Safety box, TV with many English channels. 7 eleven almost in the lobby. Nice staff.

The location is not for me, but you may like it, lady bars all around and lady boys too,

Love the hotel, never any problems. near the mall and always clean. 7 eleven downstairs for all your needs. Staff always great. fast checkin. cold AC and good wi-fi

no Parking now because it's used for covid Quarantine in processing. only one elevator available for vaccinated guests.

Excellent value, good location for downtown and Manila Bay.. Safe deposit box in the room.. A Grab taxi from the airport is about 350 pesos.. Convenient 7/11 downstairs and money changers everywhere.. Good wifi..
